Micheal came out to value my home then returned to take photographs for a brochure- he was kind and personable as well as knowledgeable about the house market.
Nicky and her colleague Charlie came out to meet me at my home to collect a key for prospective viewings of my property. We negotiated the best days to suit me for viewings .
Nicky was very professional and knowledgable about the process that would follow in the advertising and sale of my property.
Nicky has kept in close contact with me throughout regards further prospective viewings, all other interest in my property, my home brochure which is pending my approval before going live on Rightmove and supporting me through the process of selling my house.
She is keeping me up to date continually which I very much appreciate, and her focus is on supporting me to make the process of selling my house as smooth as possible.
She understands my needs and this is reflected in her attention to detail.

Myself and my partner have just experienced an extremely stressful and drawn out chain that finally allowed us to purchase our new home together . Isaac who was the agent selling the property to us not only helped his clients but also, (even though not our agent) helped to keep the chain heading in the right direction .
