Engaging Davies and Davies was a refreshing experience in the sale of our family home..

I have had the absolute pleasure of having Isaac Sarbatta from the Bradford on Avon branch assist me from start to finish in the sale of my house. Not only is he professional and efficient, he is also extremely personable, enthusiastic and reassuring. Throughout the sale Isaac went above and beyond with regard to his advice and assistance when difficult issue’s arose during the process.
I was let down multiple times by my solicitor firm and had no idea what they should have been doing and by when. Isaac guided me through each stage and liaised with my solicitor to make sure issues were addressed promptly. He kept in regular contact with me and always responded in a timely manner when I made contact with him.
I could not have asked for a better service and feel Isaac was on top of any issues that came to note before anyone else had even realised. I feel my sale successfully completed due to his wealth of knowledge and expertise. I absolutely would recommend Davies and Davies due to the positive experience I have had with Isaac and his fab team in Bradford on Avon.
