I have been looking to purchase a property for 3 years. All the other estate agents did not keep in touch with me except for Jack! He listened to my requirements and didn’t waste my time viewing properties that didn’t match. Hoorah for Jack??????

We recently bought our new home using Davis Tate in Reading. We'd had a gruelling 2 year house move journey in trying to both sell our current property and secure our onward purchase. In those 2 years we had dealt with almost all of the local agencies, and even started the purchasing process with 2 other agents, which subsequently fell through.<br>We went to view, what would become, our new home with Davis Tate towards the end of March and with them, everything changed. We received an excellent service from our agent, Sam Huish. He was knowledgable, helpful, efficient and kept us up to date with everything, which was a breath of fresh air. Brilliant communication and no nonsense. He was very accommodating with timings and arranging access for multiple viewings and surveys. When we asked him questions he didn't have the answers for, he'd follow up later on with the info - something other agents never did for us, even when prompted.<br><br>I would highly recommend

I would highly recommend Davies Tate Estate Agents in Goring. From the moment I found out I had secured the cottage, the whole tenancy process has been smooth and stress free.<br><br>They have always communicated well, replied quickly to any questions I had, and provided a very friendly and professional service throughout. Sylvia was extremely helpful from the start, showing me around the property and making the process feel easy and welcoming. Jo Sutton was exceptional. We had a protracted sale, but Jo was energetic, engaged and pulled the chain together and managed to get it all over the line.
