We met Charlie Hill and his team when we bought our house through Charlie a few years ago. We were impressed then and so used him on our sale that is about to complete. Charlie was professional and responsive throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his team.

I have been thoroughly impressed by the service at Davis Tate Reading. This was my first house sale so I really didn’t know what to expect, how the process went, and what was required from me. Charlie and then his colleagues Tom Basset & Sam Huish were brilliant at keeping me informed at every stage. They were all very patient with me, took the time to explain things, and clearly had my best intentions at heart. Out of all the agents I reached out to, Davis Tate valued the highest, and at offer stage, managed to secure an ‘above asking’ offer. Not in my wildest dreams did I expect the outcome, nor the service they were able to provide. A very happy customer indeed!

Absolutely brilliant company,can't fault any of the staff or experience.From Colin coming to evaluate he was extremely professional and got the ball rolling without a hitch,To Tom showing our house and staying in touch till completion was also very professional and polite.And Helen who was bless her was doing her best to be a mediator between solicitors.Overall a great experience.

Poor management of rental property. Left to deal with issues which would not have been sorted if left to them before new tenant moved in. Issues still outstanding and not addressed.

Very poor. 1 viewing in 12 weeks. Incorrect information on house details and plan. Changed agent sold house in 6 weeks. When I emailed to view a property with them - no response. No wonder they dont sell houses!

I would like to thank everyone at the Davis Tate office in Burghfield Common for all their help with my recent move.
