We used Davis Tate on the properties we were selling in Reading. Charlie and the team we really helpful and very knowledgeable. They made the whole process a lot smoother and were very thorough in what they did. We'd definitely use them again.

Davis Tate never let me down! And I have been a customer of theirs for many years now. They are always incredibly thorough, proactive (I never have to chase) and, helpful. Let alone being very personable. Michael Pavitt in particular has been truly wonderful. He has gone above and beyond in finding me the right tenant for my flat and offering up guidance and assistance wherever he could. I feel reassured that he has my best interests at heart (which is a real comfort as I live abroad). He's always quick to reply to my emails. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and the Davis Tate team to anyone.

Tristan was very helpful and supportive when I was looking to rent out my property. He was really accessible and never made me feel like I could not contact him with questions or concerns. He genuinely made the entire process simple and I would not hesitate to reccomend him and the team to anyone.

Everyone at Davis Tate has been fully engaged in the sale of our home. We have been guided through the process in a friendly yet realistic manner and have always been kept up to date with developments. We are currently using their Conveyancing Service to complete our sale and purchase and have again received the same friendly support.
I would recommend Davis Tate, Wallingford as they have exceeded our expectations.

Avoid at all costs, even if they're selling your dream home. It is not worth it and you stand to lose a lot!
Absolutely terrible customer service and organisation. They are single handedly holding up a chain of 2 houses and have ignored almost all emails from the start of this process. They have also lied throughout, right from the first viewing, with claims that turned out to he completely untrue up to us trying to complete the exchange.
Currently have got both buyers in the chain, plus the other estate agent chasing them, to still not even have the courtesy to reply to any one of us.
The person buying our house is going to end up homeless if Davis Tate don't start to action everything that they should have, and they do not appear to care in the slightest.
They are rude and unacceptably bad at their jobs, putting peoples lives in the balance.
