Personally I would not recommend above estate agents just because I did view a property and since 2 weeks nothing heard from them. Before viewing they used to call me afterwards I had to call them for updates regarding the offer which is 'under review by the landlord' unless there is something else going on that I don't know. And this review is based on my experience and I am aware about that is not your property but also you shouldn't post behalf people that are waisting other people life.

Just wanted to leave a review for Caroline Legge at Davis Tate. Caroline is our property manager and has been great from the moment we moved into the property. Caroline ensured our move in was seamless and moved items out of the flat to allow us more space/ to make the space our own.
We have been in the property for over a year now and have had to contact Caroline for a few maintenance issues, Caroline has always responded so quickly and acted upon our problems, often our issue is resolved that same day. When we have met Caroline she has always been approachable and friendly and is always keen to help us where she can.

This was my first time renting a property and because of them, the whole process was made so straight forward. Dominic Gurden was who we were communicating with throughout us looking for a place to live, he also showed me around what will now be mine and my partners new home. If you are looking to looking for a lettings agency in Oxfordshire, please take the time and read my review. I promise it will be worth it. My family and I have relocated from the North, a considerable distance, during the pandemic, with a baby and a cat. So stressful and overwhelming to say the least. I have dealt with agencies before so my expectations were low, but when I actually started to look for a house in Oxfordshire, almost all agents were even worse than what I expected. From cancelled viewings on the day, to promising they call and never calling, you name it, I had it. I was so stressed and upset. And then came Davis Tate. Our interactions were mainly with Dominic, but I did speak with other agents at time. From the very beginning the interaction was impeccable. We could not travel so far with the baby just for a viewing, so Dominic was very understanding and facilitated a video tour. He was incredibly prompt. He replies to emails in a matter of minutes, not even hours. If he says he will call, he calls. Every step of the way he called me to explain what was happening or what had been accomplished on the day. It was fast and easy. We rented the house without seeing it and we were so nervous about that. Especially with a baby, you want it to be safe, you want it to be warm, you want it to be clean. When we saw the house, we were speechless. It is everything we wanted and more. It was spotless and exactly as described and seen in the video and photos. Dominic found out we were travelling the day before and staying in a hotel so he actually made arrangements for us to skip that and pick up the keys that afternoon. He waited for us until 5:40pm. They even got us a welcome goodie pack. I tried to do this agency justice with this review but I don't think I can describe how incredibly thankful I am. Avoid at all costs, even if they're selling your dream home. It is not worth it and you stand to lose a lot!
Absolutely terrible customer service and organisation. They are single handedly holding up a chain of 2 houses and have ignored almost all emails from the start of this process. They have also lied throughout, right from the first viewing, with claims that turned out to he completely untrue up to us trying to complete the exchange.
Currently have got both buyers in the chain, plus the other estate agent chasing them, to still not even have the courtesy to reply to any one of us.
The person buying our house is going to end up homeless if Davis Tate don't start to action everything that they should have, and they do not appear to care in the slightest.
They are rude and unacceptably bad at their jobs, putting peoples lives in the balance.

Very Disappointing!
On their website it is claimed: “Phil’s enthusiasm and passion for exemplary customer service has built him a solid reputation and repeat clients.” I am afraid to say our experience was very different. Let me hasten to say at the outset that I am well aware that the housing market is very sluggish right now and my complaint is not about Davis Tate’s failure to sell our property.
After our first meeting I was very hopeful, as Phil seemed to be living up to his reputation for providing enthusiastic customer service and we agreed to give him sole agency for four weeks. After we had approved the photographs, it was nearly a week before anything appeared online. (With our new agents it took just a couple of hours.) It took another three weeks before our house featured on the advertisement board at the Davis Tate offices in Abingdon. At our initial meeting, we asked, and Phil agreed, to leave a business card each time he brought clients to the house. Not once did this happen. He did bring clients around on a number of occasions but, unless we phoned him and asked, we were never offered any feedback. We had no idea what potential buyers did or did not like.
Just as the 4 week sole agency was about to expire, Phil telephoned to ask if he could bring clients around the following Saturday. Naturally we agreed. The same thing happened the following week, so again we agreed. At this point we were about to go on holiday for 3 weeks so it was not feasible to bring other estate agents on board at that stage. After deciding to reduce the asking price to expedite the sale, my husband went in to see Phil. At this meeting he enquired why no ‘For Sale’ signs had been erected at our property. Phil claimed he hadn’t realised this was the case which, in my view, is unacceptable – it is part of the service one expects and he did have one made within a couple of days.
After returning from holiday, my husband emailed Phil to inform him that we were revoking his sole agency which by this time had lasted for 10 rather than 4 weeks. He did not have the courtesy to respond. Within 48 hours of that email however, our online adverts had been removed and our ‘For Sale’ notice had been removed from the Davis Tate window; in that regard he was very quick and efficient.
So, for all these reasons my advice would be to go elsewhere if you are serious about getting good service and selling your house.
