A somewhat complicated purchase that I don't believe would have gone through without Martin's thorough advice and persistent support. Having been gazumped on a property prior to this purchase (via another local agent), it was hugely reassuring to find a team I trusted was truly advocating for me (the buyer), and not only the seller. Martin tirelessly liased with all parties, confidently guiding us through each issue that arose to ensure a satisfactory outcome was achieved. Responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Now very happily settled in our first home and looking forward to working with Ellisons again when the time comes to upsize!

Selling our house has been made to feel easy. Karl and all at Ellisons have been exceptional. Brilliant communication from the sale through to completion. Friendly, polite and efficient always.
I would recommend Ellisons as they have stayed in touch, without having to be chased for information, as is often the case with some Agents.

Fantastic experience buying our property through Ellisons.
We saw many properties in the area with Ellisons. Many first with Zubair, and then with Karl.
Ellisons worked hard to bring to our attention properties which fitted our requirements. They didn't suggest us to view properties that didn't, and were never pushy around particular properties, or making offers etc.
They of course work for their client, the vendor. Within this, Ellisons were able to provide good answers to questions around the area, weighing up pros and cons around locations, roads, and properties, and overall provided a clear, personable and professional service.
We eventually bought our property through Ellisons. Karl was extremely clear, communicative and helpful through the process. He ensured a good line of communication between us and the vendors, sought updates when needed but was never too pushy, helped resolve issues as needed i.e. a leak in the property, and overall was very helpful in the process.
Overall we are very happy to have bought our property through Ellisons. It seems a very decent and professional outfit, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others in the future, in terms of either buying or selling. Many thanks again to Zubair, who showed us many properties, and then to Karl, who showed us many more, and was great through the buying process.

I recently purchased in the area and was assisted by Ellions estate agents.
I primarily worked with Mahul who was absolutely amazing. He was very efficient at coordinating communication between several parties. In my case, the transaction was not a straighforward one and without Mahul's assistance could have easily dragged on a month or two. I was very impressed by his performance as an agent.
Ellisons as an estate agency as great and this is from the perspective of someone who prettu much worked with all big name estate agencies (I attempted to purchase 8 times????). My only regret is I wish I had gotten the opportunity to work with them sooner. I know people generally do not have good things to say about EAs but in my experience the EAs here are genuine, efficient and sympathetic. You actually have that feeling of we are working together on this.
Shoutout to Adrian and Sam who helped along this journey too!
