Matt and Guy and an absolute pleasure to work with; as an external part of their business they always make feel like I’m on one of them and the communication is always so easy. They show their pride in their work by prepping the vendors extremely well before I come to for the marketing appointment- would highly recommend them as someone’s estate agent :)

Had great house viewings with Tabby, she provided excellent service throughout the process. Had such a positive attitude consistently and was always willing to listen to what I liked and didn’t about a property. Tabby also communicated perfectly the situations of the sellers and we could not have asked for a better experience with our first few viewings ever.

The staff in the Clevedon office are fantastic. Friendly, warm and approachable. I found the owners of the company to be rude and ignorant. On two occasions its taken over a week to respond to my emails. You would think as a new office they would do what's needed to stay proactive but this hasn't been my experience.
