We used Goodman & Lilley when we moved from London to Portishead a few years ago and then again very recently when we moved back into Bristol.
They stood out for us. They were the only agent who seemed to really want to help us.
They are personable, friendly, professional. They followed up and went above and beyond on all aspects of both our moves. Their service was exemplary. They are the only estate agent I would recommend and use in Portishead. Special mention to Richard Goodman, Mandy and Lucy for their perseverance and patience in helping us secure a sale and find our forever home.

Right from the excellent photography, through every stage of the journey - faultless service. Without exception, every member of staff we dealt with was professional, helpful and supportive - nothing was too much trouble. The team made the process as stress free and efficient as possible, with great communication throughout. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company and would 100% use them again.

I have used Goodman & Lilley Estate Agents on a number of occasions. My recent experience of selling a property was absolutely excellent. They are an extremely professional company with extensive knowledge of the property market. I cannot fault the service provided. From start to finish they kept me up to date with developments. I had the pleasure of dealing with Richard Goodman. He is superb. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. They go above and beyond to deliver a first class service.

I was extremely happy with the service I received when I sold my house through Goodman & Lilley.
It ended up being a pretty complex and difficult sale with many obstacles, but I was never in doubt that they were working hard and doing their best for me.
Throughout the process they liaised with solicitors and kept me up to date with everything that was happening.
I always felt reassured by the easy lines of communication, which in my experience is not the norm when dealing with estate agents.
Would I recommend them? Without question Yes I would.
(I also used them previously to let the property and had great experience with that as well...).
