He earned these 5 stars, down to being incredibly professional, warm and friendly, and frankly the best person I have come across when selling a house. We were very impressed with Adele Baker from Goodman Lilley. My partner and I had viewed several properties with different estate agents before she showed us round a house in Bristol last Friday. It was a very different experience with Adele. We knew the property needed fully modernising. She was knowledgeable about what to look out for, what would need work and what wouldn't and, for example, how to check how old the electricity meter was. And she could tell us about the improvements made to another similar house in the street, to give an example of what was possible. She was also able to advise us about the market in general in Bristol and the range of prices across different areas.
