I had a thoroughly top-notch experience from beginning to end with the highly professional Vicky Elias at Goodman and Lilley's Henleaze office in Bristol. I consider myself fortunate to have come across the property listed by G&L and managed by Vicky. Her understanding of needs, timescales and the necessary process was spot-on, and she provided valuable insight regarding potential improvements to the house. First class experience from start to finish with the extremely professional Vicky Elias at Goodman and Lilley from the Henleaze office in Bristol. As first time buyers, we were incredibly lucky to find our property being marketed by G&L and Vicky, and to fall into Vicky's hands. She understood us exactly, and was very helpful and insightful during our viewings in terms of what could be done with the house, and during the bidding process. She was also brilliant in helping us find a fantastic mortgage adviser, and conveyancing. Would thoroughly recommend her and G&L.

Very happy with the service received from Goodman & Lilley from initial contact and valuation through to house sale in Henleaze. We mainly dealt with Vicky, who we found to be professional and friendly, as were all the team we had contact with. Our dealings with branch manager, Duncan, were also very positive; I would would have no hesitation in using this agency again.

We were very impressed with Adele Baker from Goodman Lilley. My partner and I had viewed several properties with different estate agents before she showed us round a house in Bristol last Friday. It was a very different experience with Adele. We knew the property needed fully modernising. She was knowledgeable about what to look out for, what would need work and what wouldn't and, for example, how to check how old the electricity meter was. And she could tell us about the improvements made to another similar house in the street, to give an example of what was possible. She was also able to advise us about the market in general in Bristol and the range of prices across different areas. Her approach and her knowledge really stood out compared to other agents we have met.

Adele is brilliant. Her advice is valuable. Her knowledge of the market is invaluable. Unlike our experience of other agents, we had no time wasters viewing our home. She expertly lines up those with the appetite and means to buy your property - fast. My wife and I were constantly impressed. Even our dog likes her! If you want to sell your home, Adele's your gal. And her colleagues are also a cut above. Can't recommend her and the G&L team enough.
