Using Hat and Home was the best experience we’ve had selling a property. They are always within reach on WhatsApp, there is no waiting on hold or speaking to staff who have no idea who you are. Everyone was very professional but friendly. I never felt like our questions were annoying or an inconvenience. We couldn’t recommend them enough.

I had a pleasant experience with Hat and Home. I had Skyla show me around for my first set of viewings. I had some difficulties getting to the viewings on time and she offered assistance and went the extra mile to accommodate me.
It was her kindness and professionalism that made me stick with the agency for more viewings and I eventually found a property I liked enough to proceed with.
I have since met more of the team and they have been excellent.
