So impressed with Hat and Home , sold my house in less than a week from instruction ,what a great team of people at the Bracknell branch ,very proactive and passionate about what they do excellent communication and marketing of the property ( was right on the ball ),fingers crossed now all goes the same moving forward to completion...at this point I can highly recommend them.

From the very start, our experience with hat and home was excellent - specifically working with Jan, Marney and Lisa! Every member we had spoken to explained processes so clearly and carefully. We were always reassured and kept up to date, we also went with their recommended conveyancers and completed in only 6 weeks, thank you very much for all you support in helping us to purchase our first home!

Over valued our house. Couldn't sell it in 3 months. Aggressively tried to get us to lower the price. Wouldn't be flexible when working with new build housing agents. Wouldn't recommend.

Hat and Home Bracknell have been absolutely fantastic! I have tried to sell my flat multiple times with other agents and have constantly felt let down/ignored/out of the loop!
This time I thought I would try a new agent and see if things were any different....which they were! Fantastic service, communication, quick stress free sale, on top of solicitors, great comms channels!
Will definately be using them for all sales again moving forward
