I have worked with Judy for the past 7 years , during which time she has looked after numerous buy-to -let properties for me. Throughout this time, she has provided an excellent service and always been reliable, professional and extremely efficient . Managing multiple properties requires someone you can trust to deal with issues promptly and keep everything running smoothly, and I have always felt that my properties were in very capable hands.Her communication is excellent , she is proactive when dealing with problems, and she consistently goes the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of.<br>After seven years, I have no hesitation in recommending Judy. She has been a fantastic property manager and I have been extremely happy with the service Hamptons have provided over the years.

Hamptons have been absolutely fantastic. We have just got the keys to our new home and through the whole process Hamptons, and particularly Jan M, have been amazing. Jan has been our point of reference from our first viewing all the way to getting the keys and we could not have asked more from her. She replies to emails quickly and if she doesn’t know the answers then she gets the answers asap. When viewing properties, Jan took the time to get to know us and really understand what we are looking for in our new home. Instead of just sending over loads of listings that don’t resemble what we’re looking for (as some estate agents do), she made sure that she was contacting us with genuinely great properties that meet our specification and budget. Finding something that my partner approves of has been a mission, but Jans perseverance and patience has meant we achieved it! In future years, when it’s time to move on from this property, we will definitely be using Hamptons and specifically Jan again. After the past few months working with Jan, we consider her more of a friend now than just an agent who sold us a house once.<br><br>Having had an awful experience with another estate agency in Windsor, just down the road with yellow branding, it was so refreshing to have an experience that was genuinely fantastic. Hamptons are the only Estate Agents that I would trust with my property. A massive thank you to Jan and all the team for everything you have done for us… until next time!

We recently sold our flat through Hamptons, I have to say their level of communication and service was outstanding at all times…they worked very hard to achieve the sale, particularly impressed with Greg and Jan who were brilliant throughout I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely unprofessional agency. Jan and Greg are rude and would never deal with them. Avoid this agency whether you want to sell or buy.

I would not recommend this agency to tenants.<br><br>After five years in the property, I was told that the landlord wanted the flat back because it was being sold. I therefore had to leave my home and incurred thousands of pounds in moving and associated costs.<br><br>I was interested in buying the flat myself and made an offer. It was rejected outright, with no counter offer or attempt to negotiate.<br><br>What happened next is deeply concerning.<br><br>The flat is no longer for sale. Instead, it has been relet to new tenants.<br><br>So, after five years as a tenant, I was required to uproot my life because I was told the property was being sold, yet it was subsequently withdrawn from sale and rented out again.<br><br>The timing also deserves scrutiny, given that this happened shortly before significant new protections for renters came into force.<br><br>Tenants deserve transparency when they are being forced to leave their home. I believe what happened here deserves proper investigation, and I will be taking the matter further.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency to anyone. The family would have loved to say that our first (and only!) time being landlords was a good experience. Renting has been quite the challenge, full of frustration and taking up a lot of time. We thought that paying higher management fees would make up for the extra effort we put into sorting out any issues, waiting for email replies and so on. Plus, staff changes haven’t made things any easier. ?????????????<br><br>However, the family is relieved they left being landlords before the reforms were put in place.
