Hat and Home have been exceptional. I was very nervous about selling my home having never been through the process before, and they were patient and understanding. They explained the full process to me BEFORE I had agreed to go with them, unlike other estate agents I had seen. They also valued my property based on what it was worth, not competing with other properties for a quick sale and going for a lower price. From the first interaction with Danny showing us around, he was friendly and helped us secure our offer despite it being a late Saturday afternoon! Shortly afterwards, Ben was on hand to support us and was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, keeping us informed daily and helping to answer any questions or queries we may of had - nothing was too much to ask, even offering to drive to drop off documents for us!
