Hat and Home were the best Estate Agents we have dealt with in our quest to find a house. We dealt with Libby on both our viewings and email correspondence as well as Jack. Both of them are extremely communicative and clear with information and acted prudently when called upon. Libby was extremely helpful when it came to getting a 1st viewing on the property we purchased and gave us all the info we needed to make a decision. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell as well as buy as they really to everything they can to provide top quality service. Post purchase they are keeping us up to date on latest progress. They also recommend good brokers and surveyors to use as well.

Hat and Home are striding ahead of their competitors. Outstanding customer service and the skill of matching clients to their dream home. Getting a purchase is one thing but seeing the deal through to completion is absolutely the final piece of the puzzle that so many inexperienced agents lack.
Sales progression is absolutely fundamental at keeping the chain moving. Key communication is needed every step of the way which H&H have nailed hands down. I had personal experience of Crowthorne, Wokingham and Bracknell teams. We met Sarah at the property we were viewing. A warm greeting, Sarah took us around the property answering all our questions - there were quite a few ! She was extremely knowledgeable . We are moving from out of area and Sarah was able to furnish us with information regarding the community and surrounding areas. She was proactive in selecting properties having listened to our requirements and took on board what we were searching for. Luke sold us our last house and we were very happy with the experience. Luke isn’t pushy at all, just very decent and a pleasure to deal with. We had no hesitation in talking to Luke when we were ready to sell our home. Now with Hat and Home, we didn’t shop around, had a meeting with Luke and our next experience began. We were introduced to Dan who accompanied most of the viewings, receiving feedback from all. All went well and exactly 3 weeks later, our house was sold.
At this stage we were introduced to the very capable Lisa. We had a long chain, not all agents are very good at communicating, fortunately Lisa took on the role of coordinator. The communication received from Lisa was fantastic. It’s a stressful time moving house, if like me, you need to be informed of developments every step of the way, Lisa will do that for you. I emailed her ALOT! She was always lovely and very helpful, thank you Lisa ????
We had three stressful days trying to exchange, on the second day it was Lisa’s day off, she kept in touch all day anyway. On the third day we made it to exchange at last!

Rather different market conditions this time around though and that's when you need the experience, market knowledge and professionalism that Hat and Home offers. I have no hesitation recommending PRIME by Hat and Home for property sales.
When it came to selling our house I met with most of the estate agents in Crowthorne and Daniel Mason made far and away the best initial impression. He convinced with his friendly and polite manner but particularly with his expert knowledge of the local property market and his ability to recognise our requirements as sellers and develop a suitable marketing strategy.
The initial impression was confirmed during the sales process, which Daniel and his colleagues managed thoroughly and efficiently, keeping all parties fully informed along the way. Daniel's advice has always been first class, fully reflecting the latest market conditions.
It's a pity we no longer live in Crowthorne because Daniel at Hat and Home would always be the first person we'd call if we were selling a house there.

Hat and Home were recommended to us by a friend and we recently used them to sell our property. We couldn't be happier with the service that they provided. Right from the start they were the perfect balance between professional and friendly without the usual sales attitude of an estate agent. They gave great advice and managed to secure not only a fantastic price, but the perfect buyer for our situation.
The photographer was brilliant as was the description that they provided of our property. All of the viewings were handled in one go. We just couldn't believe how smoothly everything went.
We were contacted by another agent who wanted to sell our property and there was a stark difference in the way they interacted with us, to the point that we didn't want to buy from them either. It left us really very pleased with our choice to go with Hat and Home!
