Excellent agents from start to finish. Acted on both the sale of our house and the property we were buying.
Everyone in the agency team have impressed and I cannot fault them. Doug in the progression team picked up things once we had everything agreed and diligently followed up and pushed things forward.
All in all, a safe pair of hands that I felt did the best for everyone in the chain.

Inhuman people who have left me and my partner without hot water or heat for days in the winter without even supplying an electric radiator. Everyday I’m here I’m reminded what a horrible mistake it is

A very Professional team that appear to know the market very well indeed. Very straight forward and tell you how it is with honesty and that was important to us . I have to say they obviously had buyers in their portfolio wanting to buy our home in our location as we had two offers on the table on same day viewing and sold our home in 2 hours living on town park Harlow .
