My own sale was very protracted and I was keen not to lose the house I wanted to buy through Intercounty. The staff did a great job of keeping the vendors informed about the reasons for the delay in my sale and ensured they stuck with me. Calls and queries were always answered promptly. Excellent service all round.

The team were very helpful throughout the process. From valuation to completion we have no complaints it all went very smoothly.
When Inter County valued our house Daniel was very enthusiastic and took his time getting to know us which gave us great confidence unlike another local agent who appeared to be more interested in selling our property under market value in order to get a quick sale.

I am not one given to writing reviews good or bad, but felt I had to take few moments to express my gratitude to Intercounty Saffron Walden & in particular, Karen Johnson. We had a very bumpy ride with my purchase of a property, but with fantastic communication, professional expediency, coupled with a faith that it would eventually happen, we got there. I cannot thank them enough for their patience. I wouldn't hesitate in using this agency for any further selling/ purchasing, or letting needs.

I can highly recommend Intercounty as a Sales Agency. They were excellent and professional and a huge appreciative thank you goes to Ashley King who handled the initial process giving me confidence in the agency and the viewings team and then Sarah Carroll who was amazing, so supportive and helpful throughout the process. Sarah's communication was always excellent ensuring a smooth transparent process. I was thrilled with the outcome and so grateful to Sarah and Ashley. This agency has integrity and professionalism at its chore which is one of the most difficult things to find and serves their clients interests to the best of their ability surpassing expectations.

Terrible property management team. For over a month there has been water backing up in my friends kitchen, he has been reporting it almost daily with little or no action. He can now not use his washing machine, his dishwasher or the kitchen sink because water backs up in the flat. The kitchen cupboards are now water damaged and he has to do washing up in his bath. He has 2 kids. A very poor service for the tenant and landlord
