I've only heard bad jokes about estate agents but I am grateful for the job that they do and the support given. From the outset JDM Eltham's team guided and, to a certain extent, held my hand through the process, which is what I needed as selling houses is not my business. Their communication was timely and clear. I'd recommend them unreservedly.

Having recently completed on my first property sale, I highly recommend jdm. Communication was excellent from everyone involved in the process, from arranging first viewing to picking up the keys. Jeremy, Helen and Emma were quick to respond to queries and were extremely knowledgeable. A special shout out to Emma, who followed the sale from start to finish, updating me at every step, reassuring me that the sale was progressing, no matter what obstacles came along.

First time buyer - really positive experience with JDM Blackheath. They were easy to deal with, responsive, and kept things moving throughout the process. Communication was clear and they were always quick to answer questions, which made everything feel a lot less stressful.
