Naz at JNP High Wycombe was very professional, friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our viewing experience. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly.
Even after the viewing, Naz remained available and responded promptly to additional questions we had, which we greatly appreciated. His excellent customer service and approachable manner made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable.

I honestly cannot thank the team at JNP High Wycombe enough.
After experiencing homelessness with my two children and spending over a month moving between hotels, family homes and temporary accommodation, I was desperately trying to secure a property. Having had some very difficult experiences elsewhere, I was exhausted, overwhelmed and beginning to lose hope.
From my very first conversation with Lloyd, I felt listened to and treated as a person rather than just another application. He took the time to understand my situation and immediately made me feel that somebody genuinely cared.
Phoebe and Lindsay then went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They were compassionate, understanding, professional and incredibly responsive. They understood the urgency of my situation and worked so hard to help move things forward as quickly as possible.
What stood out most was their kindness. At a time when my family was going through one of the most difficult periods of our lives, they showed empathy, patience and genuine humanity. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they consistently kept me informed and reassured throughout the process.
Thanks to their support, my children and I now have a home. Whilst they were simply doing their jobs, the reality is that the difference they have made to our lives is immeasurable. They helped provide stability, security and a fresh start after an incredibly challenging time.
Lindsay, Phoebe and Lloyd are a credit to JNP and I will never forget the kindness they showed my family. I would recommend JNP High Wycombe without hesitation.

JNP Hazlemere dealt with the sale of my late aunt’s property. Great communication throughout especially after a couple of purchasers withdrew.
