I’ve recently met with Lucy Metcalf from JNP High Wycombe in all the estate agents I’ve met in pursuit of buying a house over the last 3 or 4 months Lucy stands out as a Shinning Star in the Industry. She was very professional, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and very personable and reassuring in her approach. Her feedback from the vendors was always prompt, professional and very eloquent. I would just like to give a massive shout out to Martin in your High Wycombe sales team. I had been disappointed in losing out on 2<br>properties which Martin tried his very best to secure for me without success. I found a property through another agent and was almost at the end of the process when Martin called me to say he had another property coming up where I wanted to be. I thought this was amazing that he thought of giving me a random call to advise me of this.<br>It did throw a spanner in the works but I am truly grateful to Martin for securing my perfect house which is now going through and hopefully with no issues.<br>Thank you soooo much Martin for your personal touch and all the work you have done so far for me ??????????????????????????????

My brother and I recently sold our house through JNP. Sue and the team were so helpful from start to finish and always kept us updated throughout the process.<br><br>They were always quick to respond to any questions we had and made the whole process feel much easier and less stressful. It was great knowing we could get in touch whenever we needed something and that they would keep us in the loop.<br><br>We would definitely recommend Sue and the JNP team to anyone looking to sell their home!

Excellent service - Nick was keen to lend a hand with the final prepping of the house when viewings took place (he even did some hoovering for me), the team were accommodating with our nervous pet who was recovering from illness in the early days of viewings, and Sue was fabulous helping us navigate from first offer through to the point of exchange, helping things move as smoothly and quickly as possible. Also great at liaising with the other part of my move - buying via another estate agent. Move day is only 2 weeks away now :)
