Recently sold with JNP and had a very good experience. Special mentions to Mitchell and Naz, both went above and beyond to get a sale. Constantly checking in and giving information. They honesty and attention to details are second to none.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Janet Chandler and the whole team at JNP Estate Agents for the incredible support they gave us throughout both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one.<br><br>A special thank you to Mitchell and his team, who did a fantastic job selling our house. Despite the market being challenging, they managed to secure a sale much quicker than we expected. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment were excellent from the very beginning.<br><br>Janet was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She truly went above and beyond, constantly chasing all parties involved, keeping everything moving, and making sure we were updated every step of the way. Buying and selling at the same time can be incredibly stressful, but Janet made the whole process so much easier.<br><br>She was always quick to respond to my emails and calls, no matter how many questions I had, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Her communication was outstanding, and I always felt reassured knowing she was looking after everything.<br><br>Janet's dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for her clients really stood out. Trefton,Alison and Linsay were extremely helpful in getting me moved in quickly. From showing me round,giving me tips on furnishing an unfurnished house,guiding me through the tenancy agreement and particularly Lindsay for getting the tons of forms chased and completed as well as that extra mile with personal communication. Great team effort!

Jackie and her wonderful team at JNP, especially Patricia, Julian and Doug, have been nothing short of exceptional. They handled my mother’s long-distance house sale and purchase with professionalism, kindness and remarkable efficiency, making what could have been a very stressful process feel seamless.<br><br>Their communication, patience and support were outstanding from start to finish-truly six-star service. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we always felt informed, reassured and genuinely cared for.<br><br>The final touch when she collected her keys was such a lovely idea and meant so much to our family. It was both practical and incredibly thoughtful, leaving us all deeply touched.<br><br>Every member of the team we spoke to was approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help.
