Cannot thank Naz & Hardip enough for their time and efforts in helping us. Naz was constantly updating us through the whole process and making sure we had everything we needed at all times. A very easy person to deal with both by email and phone. Thank you also to Hardip whose advice was extremely helpful and who also made this process very smooth and easy for us.

Just bought through JNP. Not knowing the area we liked JNP from the moment we met Douglas who helped us view a number of properties. Douglas then dealt with our offer and helped us through the sales process. Special mention for Nicky. She became involved when we got to the sharp end of the sale and did a fantastic job of liaising between everyone to get the sale done. Compared to other sales progressors we have dealt with, Nicky was by far the best and easiest person to deal with. Both Doug and Nicky are a credit to JNP.

JNP helped me through a somewhat longer than expected sale of my house in Hazlemere with great professionalism and support. Douglas, Jackie and of course Julian and all the rest of his team did a wonderful job keeping me updated with all the viewings and made the process as stress free as possible with their calm manner. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody buying or selling in the area.

Top notch! I'm really pleased with the service so far. Mat came and valued my property. He really took time to discuss options and used research and other properties in the area to come up with a fair but generous valuation. The photos he took were incredible and many of my friends/families commented how professional and impressive they were.
Naz has been instrumental in attaining a great price. I really felt like he was in my corner throughout negotiations and was transparent with offers and deliberations. I'm really happy, I've used JNP three times now and can't see why I'd not use them again in future!

Totally disappointed with this agency. They've tricked me into paying a holding deposit for a property and still left on the market as available. They are not serious or helpful at all. Contact them regarding the property and came up with excuses that they cannot refund me as I have been declined on my application

Not your stereotypical estate agents.
From start to finish, the team here were friendly, proactive and actually made it feel like they were genuinely wanting to help, vs there to do a job.
As a buyer in the process with JNP, (so technically not their client), I felt supported the whole way through, this was particularly thanks to Sue. With her help we were able to go from offer acceptance to completion in just under 7 weeks. Nothing felt like too much effort when asking for help and she maintained a great communication channel.
The team and Sue remained professional throughout whilst also ensuring they offered a personable touch.
If I was to need to sell my property I would 100% be doing it with this team.
