We wanted to sell, initially we were told that our property would attract alot of potential buyers and that it would take a predicted 6-8 months to find suitable buyers. When they come to value your property they will try and convince you that they'll do a good job however upon using their services we realised that JNP are highly inefficient and unprofessional. They will not vet viewers prior to making appointments & match suitable buyers with your property.<br><br>They don't give you feedback post viewings so that you can have constructive criticism to make your property more appealing to potential buyers. They will then continue to tell you that the market is slow whilst other properties in your area will sell the only difference is that they have listed their property with proactive agents. JNP are not proactive.<br><br>In conclusion listing your property with JNP is a complete and utter waste of time. Please find a suitable alternative and do not make the same mistake we did!

Great experience with JNP. Our journey started with Nathan and Naz, who were both helpful, responsive and kept the sales process moving from our first viewing through to our offer being accepted. Once we were under offer, Lisa took over and did a fantastic job managing the sale; keeping us updated at every stage, liaising with the seller on our behalf, and helping resolve queries quickly so nothing held things up. Jan then picked things up seamlessly while Lisa was on leave and saw us through to exchange, staying just as communicative and on top of things throughout. The whole team were very personable and made what can be a stressful process feel well managed and straightforward. Would definitely recommend JNP to anyone buying or selling. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience overall!! Bought my property through JNP 6 years ago and now sold it using them!! Great service and professionalism firstly from Mat that gave us good advice then Naz that was the was showing our property and sold it in no time. Also during the process I have regular calls and updates from Janet the sales progression. I highly recommend them!! Thank you JNP

had a viewing 2 weeks ago for a flat on London road. I am looking to moving into my first home which is very exciting.<br>Had a gent called Samuel Archer show us the property. I can honestly say I am very disappointed. Not only was he late, when we were there... he basically acted like he did not care. He did not know much about the property and when he promised to answer our questions from a follow up email, he never did.<br>I am trying to view another apartment through JNP tomorrow and Samuel answered the phone again. He is not trying to cancel the appointment (email proof can be shown)<br><br>I cannot say much about JNP as a whole, however please avoid him. It was very sad just seeing how he did not care

JNP were superb at supporting me and my wife through what can be a very stressful experience. They were always available and were honest and genuine with me unlike some other estate agents out there. I would especially like to mention Naz and Mat at the branch who went above and beyond in their service to try and get the best possible deal for us.<br>Thank you so much team

After making an offer and consulting subject matter experts. I.e. Banks and Surveyors; the estate agents denied my offer. Truly disappointed.

Jackie and her wonderful team at JNP, especially Patricia, Julian and Doug, have been nothing short of exceptional. They handled my mother’s long-distance house sale and purchase with professionalism, kindness and remarkable efficiency, making what could have been a very stressful process feel seamless.<br><br>Their communication, patience and support were outstanding from start to finish-truly six-star service. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we always felt informed, reassured and genuinely cared for.<br><br>The final touch when she collected her keys was such a lovely idea and meant so much to our family. It was both practical and incredibly thoughtful, leaving us all deeply touched.<br><br>Every member of the team we spoke to was approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. It is rare to receive such consistently excellent customer service.<br><br>Our family are enormously grateful to Jackie and everyone at JNP. Trefton,Alison and Linsay were extremely helpful in getting me moved in quickly. From showing me round,giving me tips on furnishing an unfurnished house,guiding me through the tenancy agreement and particularly Lindsay for getting the tons of forms chased and completed as well as that extra mile with personal communication. Great team effort!
