My wife and I have viewed lots of houses over the past few weeks with a few different estate agents. We have both been extremely impressed with all of our interactions with JNP. Phillip and Douglas were so friendly and knowledgeable on both of our viewings, and when communicating with the office, Emily and Mark have both been fantastically positive and helpful with all of our queries. When Emily wasn't able to get in contact with the owners, she even called us back at the end of the day to make sure we knew that they hadn't forgotten about us!
In every aspect, JNP have been the best estate agent that we've dealt with. If we were to put our house on the market again, we would definitely go with them.

We cannot fault the transparency, communication and empathy toward our situation in looking for a quick property sale. From the first visit, Mark Prior demonstrated exemplary tact, knowledge and professionalism in adivisng us of how to best position the property for sale.
When on the market, we continued to recieve timely updates on potential prospects (buyers) and the team efforts from Emily, Julian, Mark and others within the team.

A few months ago, I was looking to get my flat revalued and Mark Prior arrived to do it. Mark was very friendly and professional throughout. Mark then sat down and we spoke about the valuation and the reasons I was looking to sell etc, the reason was I couldn’t afford my remortgage.
Mark spoke to me on a human level and not as an estate agent trying to make a sale. Mark listened and understood my situation. Mark was able to put me in touch with a very professional and helpful mortgage advisor who gave me options I wasn’t aware of.
Fast forward 4 months and I now have the flat remortgaged and in my name. Without Mark, this wouldn’t have been possible and I probably would have had to sell reluctantly.
Mark was extremely helpful throughout and was straight talking with what could be done. I would recommend Mark as an estate agent to anyone who needed one and one day, when I decide to sell, I will definitely be getting in touch with him again. He is a top man and an asset to JNP. Thanks Mark!

The transaction was not a straight forward one with issues from our buyers almost scuppering the entire process.
JNP and specificially Mark Prior provided support and reassurance throughout the process.
Having had a not so great experience with the agents on my sale, the constrast was stark between them and how Mark managed the process.
He was proactive, dedicated and always available. Whilst as the buyer JNP ultimately served their client, the seller, I always felt throughout the process that Mark and his team had a genuine interest in the well-being and success of everyone involved in the process.
