Tom and Abbie from Vaughan Reynolds have been professional, friendly, prompt to reply, answering any queries in a practical, helpful manner. I have been very happy dealing with them and would thoroughly recommend Vaughan Reynolds to handle the sale of a property. After a poor experience with an Estate Agency, this was so much less stressful and more pleasant.

VR priced the house too high themselves and convinced us that they could obtain this. This hindered any viewings.

Vaughan Reynolds were very professional & always returned calls or emails. Abbie was most helpful & always extremely polite, she made every effort to arrange our viewings & accompany us. I feel Abbie is a great asset to the Stratford office.

I feel completely let down with my experience I first started being a landlord with smarthomes dickens Heath and paid for the best service so they said. I never received that amazing service and was always climbing mountains to get information about my property and favoured my tenant as he was a footballer rather than a paying customer. I wouldn’t have paid the price I paid if I knew the bar service I was going to receive. I also then had to dispute with my tenant which took 5 months because they never chased it up. It normally takes up to 3 months but I never got any updates. I wouldn’t recommend this branch at all for any landlords and will be telling people I know not to use.

Top class customer service from the three agents I dealt with when renting my property in Solihull, Birmingham. They responded to all mails/calls almost instantly, kept me informed of next steps and were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Based on this level of service, I'd recommend RA Bennett & Partners to anybody looking to rent property in the Birmingham area. Faultless!
