Overall, the process of buying our house was incredibly smooth with Jones Robinson. Dawn, our sales progressor, was exceptional at keeping all parties informed and motivated throughout. She made sure all parties, including us, stayed on track and worked toward the best outcome for everyone. Earlier in our search, Archie, Seb, and Raffy were all brilliant too. They really went above and beyond when trying to find the perfect property for me and my partner, taking our personal circumstances into careful consideration every step of the way. Archie recently helped us secure our dream first home, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. We currently have our home on the market with Church Robinson (Didcot) and as a first time seller I was dreading having to go through this whole process after hearing all the nightmare stories from others who have sold in our area recently (please note - none of these stories involved Church Robinson - this was one of the reasons we chose this team).<br><br>So far James, Archie, and the whole Church Robinson team have been amazing. Everyone is proactive, friendly and professional. We've been on the market for 4 weeks and we are getting plenty of viewings. We are hopeful that we will be in receipt of an offer soon.<br><br>I will update this review at the end of our process, but I have to say, so far so good team! Thank you all for making this process easy (so far) ??????<br><br>***UPDATE***<br>It is now July 2026 and we have exchanged. Our apartment sold in around 8 weeks and sold for asking price. Although our sale was straight forward, our onward purchase turned into a living nightmare (we're now 8 months since we sold!)<br><br>This is where Jones Robinson (Didcot Team) really stepped up. We couldn't have asked for a more supportive, upbeat, proactive team. Special shout out to Holly who was all over every aspect. She kept our buyer engaged and included in everything that was going on - I credit her with the successful conclusion of the sale. She even became a bit of a counsellor at times when I felt really dejected about our onward situation and the other estate agent we were dealing with (for our purchase) - even though she didn't need to be.<br><br>We genuinely cannot sing the praises of this team enough. If only all estate agents were like this ??????<br><br>Thank you, thank you, thank you!

What makes Jones Robinson different? We feel they really understood the market and spared no effort in their advertising. However it is the communication that is excellent. Selling a house can be stressful but at every stage we received guidance, support and clarity. No hesitation in recommending them to you in the highest possible terms

My sale was complicated ( selling leasehold as freehold) so it was lengthy and in-depth but with the perseverance and dedication of Deborah, Michael and Toby from the Marlborough office we finally got there! I would highly recommend this company.
