Highly recommended! I had a fantastic experience with Thomas James Estate Agents. From the very beginning, their onboarding service was incredibly straightforward and hassle-free.What really stood out to me was their communication. They use WhatsApp to provide regular updates, which made the whole process seamless. Because they are so quick to respond, I always felt kept in the loop. They even replied to my messages after hours when my busy workday meant I forgot to reach out during standard office hours.The entire team is lovely, honest, helpful, and absolute pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for a professional and accommodating estate agent, look no further!

We honestly couldn’t have asked for better support from Sharon and Amelia throughout our sale.<br><br>What should have been a fairly straightforward move turned into a much more stressful journey than we expected, with delays and complications along the way. Throughout all of it, Sharon and Amelia were absolutely brilliant. They were approachable, responsive and, most importantly, genuinely cared about getting things over the line for us.<br><br>There were times when communication between solicitors became frustrating, and having Sharon and Amelia at the other end of the phone chasing things, finding out what was happening and keeping everyone connected made a huge difference. We never felt like we were just another transaction to them.<br><br>Amelia in particular was fantastic at keeping in touch and helping us understand what was happening behind the scenes, while Sharon’s experience and support gave us a lot of reassurance when things became stressful.<br><br>After finally getting the keys and being able to look back at the whole journey, we’re incredibly grateful for everything they did for us.<br><br>Thank you Sharon and Amelia — you were a huge part of getting us into our new home and we genuinely appreciate it. ????????<br><br>Would recommend them without hesitation.

Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.

During a long drawn out move Sam was constantly on the case, in communication with lawyers and keeping us updated. He really helped us get through this house moving process with less stress than we would otherwise have experienced. We would highly recommend Alex Harvey as an outstanding, professional estate agent.

I chose an independent estate agent because I wanted to deal with the same person throughout the sale, which was exactly what I was looking for.<br><br>Alex was always contactable, responded quickly and was professional throughout. He was consistently helpful and made the whole process much easier than it might otherwise have been.<br><br>I am very pleased I chose Alex to handle my sale and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

We had a great experience with Alex and Sam. Alex provided some great advice prior to launch, and then they managed to sell the house after one viewing! The process was somewhat complicated for a variety of reasons, but we got there in the end. A big part of this was Alex and Sam keeping our buyers fully informed while also helping with the legal process.<br><br>All in all very pleased and would highly recommend.

I have tried to book a viewing twice, and both times my call was answered by an AI assistant that could not even get my name correct.
While I understand the need for using updated technology, it is not working in this case. It has been over 48 hours, and I still have not been contacted in any way regarding a possible viewing."

Very unprofessional and poor at communicating. I enquired about a property for rent. Deyalan Mahesan contacted me requiring multiple pieces of personal information such as my income and reson for moving. I promptly replied with all the information he need and was never contacted again, despite emailing them multiple times. Now I am part of his subscription emails and I am hounded with promotional emails each week. Not happy with Deyalan Mahasan specifically
