The service we have received with king and Chasemore has been brilliant! Jess specifically has been so friendly, informative and helpful throughout this process. Some estate agents can be very daunting and unhelpful, especially when looking for your first property! But she has made the process so easy and clear to understand and I can’t recommend them enough.

Jamil and Liz have been absolutely fantastic through the whole selling process, it was our first time and they talked us through each step and we sold in just a few days!
During coronavirus Jamil went above and beyond helping us, even though we had to wait a lot longer he made us feel reassured the whole way. When Liz was back she worked tirelessly, chasing everyone who needed to be and without her it wouldn’t have gone through so quickly, we can’t thank you both enough!
I would recommend them both to anyone!

For the last 10 years+ I have found the lettings department to be extremely helpful, polite, always enthusiastic and keen to help.

Selling my parents property I thought was going to be stressful but I can't thank King & Chasemore enough for their professionalism, five star service, attention to detail and compassion in helping me through this. Indeed they have got me thirty thousand pounds more than any other agent valued it at and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody that is thinking of selling in the area. Well done to David and his excellent team.

Suzie and Team managed the sale of my late Mum's house. Despite a minor bump in the road with the first buyer not being quite as ready as they had led to believe, they managed the situation well and provided advice as to the best next course of action. The second offer and sale went smoothly, so a great outcome in the end.
We also used the associated conveyancing team suggested by Suzie and that worked well too!
