Kirsty went the extra mile over and above to accommodate by needs by driving all over the areas of the three properties so I could get my bearings. Good value properties were seen and I am interested in pursuing. Kirsty was upbeat and super helpful. Definitely recommend.

I had an awful experience renting through Kings. First, they illegally took security deposits from two different groups and then tried to make both groups bid on the same property while holding onto their deposits. They overcharged us, and even after a month, we’re still waiting for any response from their accounts team. It’s ironic how fast they confirm payments and release keys, but when it comes to fixing their overcharges, it's taking over a month. I wouldn’t recommend them at all – their communication skills are terrible. Avoid doing business with them if you want a stress-free life.
Also, their false advertising is ridiculous (and illegal). They listed the house as fully furnished, but six weeks into the tenancy, it’s still missing essential furniture like curtains, beds, and desks. Despite this, they’re still charging full rent. Absolutely outrageous! Avoid Kings at all costs and find a better rental agency.

Horrible experience with kings when it comes to renting, first took security deposit from two different groups(which is very illegal), and then wanted both groups to bid on the house while holding on to both groups’ deposits. Then over charged us and it’s been a month and still waiting for them to communicate with the accounts team. Funny how they take seconds to confirm a payment and release the keys but is taking more than a month to “realise” that they have over charged us would not recommend, the team seems to have very poor communications skills. Don’t do business with them, you will have a much happier life trust me. :)
Ohh and the best part is their FALSE advertising skills(which is also illegal), they advertise a house as fully furnished but til this day (6 weeks into the tenancy)the house is still not furnished, the curtains and beds and desks are missing for a month and no response from any side, and we are still required to pay the full rent on the house. Ridiculous! Avoid at all cost :) do better things with you life find someone else.

They never respond on time and none of the issues were sorted on time. The deductions made from the deposit is too high and the bills aren’t provided. The deposit won’t be returned back even after a month!

Recently sold a property in Guildford; It was a long and tortuous process complicated by the fact that I am living overseas and was very poorly advised as to finding a settlement agent. A first real estate agent made unrealistic market assertions regarding the market then followed up by passing the work to office juniors. Eventually I re-marketed through Kings and was fortunate to have Bipen working on my property. Bipen personally conducted viewings and found a buyer in reasonable time, then worked to achieve a mutually acceptable outcome; Unfortunately, this was only the start- dealing through disinterested settlement lawyers on both sides of the deal was so tedious that I came close to abandoning the sale; Somehow, and mainly through Bipen’s perseverance and patience, the deal was eventually settled and both myself and the buyer can move on. Many thanks to Bipen for sticking with this one- his diligence was literally the only thing between a sale and returning to the rental market! Great outcome all round- Many thanks!

I'm sure these must be fake reviews.
They never invite you to the inventory before or after moving in.
Emailed them with issues they missed out on their inventory like hole in walls and they said not to worry as it wouldn't affect my deposit.
Never missed rent and around three years later when I hand in my notice, they try to deduct money from my depost for the same holes I was told not to worry about. I had to prove it as I luckily saved the emails. So they came back to me and pivoted their angle and now charging me for other things that were pre existing.
Sent me photos of the property with no dates and not resembling anything near what the property looked like when I moved in.
Currently waiting for the results of the dispute with the deposit scheme.
Scammers beware renters!
