Very pleased with the experience of buying a property with Madison Fox in Woodford Green. I highly recommend Ben Newman, he was absolutely brilliant from the very beginning on the phone, trying to arrange viewing suitable for me an my partner. In the same day when we met Ben, we also saw two other properties, but none of the other agents were even close to the great presentation we had from Ben. He was very polite, friendly and patient with all our questions. His professionalism and amazing attitude definitely played big part when we had to take decisions to put an offer down about the house Ben showed us. Getting our offer accepted was an absolutely fantastic experience that made us so happy and excited, all because of Ben and how amazing he is in his job. Thank you so much Ben, you made me and my partner the happiest

We had an excellent experience working with Josh, the Sales Manager in Chigwell. He was highly professional and clearly very experienced, guiding us confidently through every stage of the process. We felt completely supported throughout conveyancing, as well as helping us understand aspects of the surveys and even helping to support with our own chain. Josh kept everything on track and made the process feel extremely smooth and stress free as there were aspects we wouldn’t have been able to deal with ourselves as first time buyers. We couldn’t recommend Josh & Madison Fox enough!
