I had such a fantastic experience with this estate agent. Sophie, in particular, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As I’m new to the area, the whole process could have felt quite overwhelming, but she really went out of her way to make everything feel easy and reassuring.
She has this rare ability to make you feel like you are her only client, always giving you her full attention and making you feel genuinely looked after throughout the whole process. She was incredibly polite, highly professional and always went above and beyond.
Every time I spoke with her, she made what can often be a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. It honestly felt like I was dealing with a friend who was truly invested in helping me find the right home and settle into a new area.
All of the team were also lovely whenever I called, but Sophie really stands out as an exceptional asset to the company. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her and the level of service she provides.
I would highly recommend them and especially Sophie, to anyone looking to buy or rent a home.

I was recently accepted to move into one of manners and Harrison’s properties, the main lady dealing with my housing has been Sophie. She has been so great and understanding of everything, meeting all my requirements. Everytime I’ve reached out she has answered in hours! Excellent and I can’t wait to start this journey with manners and Harrison

The staff are spot on and really friendly and helpful, worked with Sophie from sales and reffered over to Isobel from Lettings also dealt with Emily who was spot on! Great service definitely recommend ??????

The service was very responsive anf friendly.
Manners and Harrison were the only agency to pick-up their phone over the weekend and book a viewing which was a great help from sophie. Phil guided us through every step, and made himself available through out the process.
