Hannah Smith dealt with myself, son and daughter-in-law and it was a very complex/ complicated case as there was 2 remortgages and a new mortgage to deal with.
Hannah was brilliant and dealt with all the issues and problems associated with all 3 mortgages with such professionalism, her knowledge knows no bounds.
She’s is always so friendly and happy and nothing is too much trouble. She certainly goes above and beyond.

I’d give more than 5* if it was possible, everyone couldn’t have helped anymore but a massive shoutout to Sam, she went above and beyond to get the purchase of our house to go through. Also a shoutout to Emma for guiding us throughout the whole process when we had no idea what we were doing.
