I was extremely well served by the agents at MGY at Pontcanna, Cardiff.
They identified numerous viewers and marketed the house well,
In a difficult and rather nervy market, they stuck at it and maintained the pace, showing numerous interested parties around the house each week.
They responded to my enquiries quickly and appropriately and were always available for me to pop in and discuss any questions I may have.
Kirstie looked after me well. She has found a real buyer and the sale is agreed. I am indebted to her for her excellent service.

After time spent abroad I was used to estate agents not readily assisting in my efforts to secure a rental property. Perhaps they wanted an "easier" option than a non standard locally based applicant.<br>However, MGY has a wonderful employee called Sarah, who helped from start to finish with exemplary friendliness and professionalism.<br>Thank you for helping our family, we appreciate your kindness and consideration.

I rented through MGY Penarth with Sarah as my letting agent and had an excellent experience. She was always professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or issues. I had been with a different Estate Agent and had little interest, I changed to MGY and the team did a brilliant job. Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser.

Just wanted to give a massive shoutout to MGY who helped me sell my home, they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish!
Special mention to Nikki in the Sales Progression Dept, she was an absolute star! Always quick to reply, kept me updated on everything, and honestly made the whole process way less stressful than it could have been.
