Very rude and ableist staff! Spoke to a very disrespectful girl that scolded my partially sighted partner for making a mistake on a form! As she clearly wasnt brought up properly i feel she needs to have some training EDL as soon as possible!! Edit: this is simply not true. If they didnt intend to be rude or insensitive then they have series social awareness problems. They WERE rude and insensitive which ever way you would like to reframe it!... Read more
