Michael Poole were quickly able to get us a viewing on a property we were interested in. This was key for us as we were under time pressure to find a property to buy.
Throughout the purchase process there was an open line of communication, and despite some confusion on the sellers part in regards to close out date, everything was handled efficiently and to a high standard.
The staff were polite and courteous and the welcome gift once we got our keys was a nice touch.

Well what can I say but apart from WOW! Debbie was absolutely amazing and definitely had a her work cut out and she dealt with every step very professional. I would highly recommend Michael Poole to anyone selling or buying - 5 ????

Overall I found Michael Poole ok. Photos and the advert for the property were good. I was disappointed with the lack of communication in terms of performance of the adverts, and options I may be able to take to speed up the sale of the property. I felt it was just left to sell itself, or at least I was not updated as to otherwise.
