I recently sold my property through the Michael Poole Billingham Office and my first point of contact was Debbie. Debbie was so friendly, professional and extremely helpful, explaining the process to me in clear terms. Debbie arranged quick appointments with other members of the team to market the property. I received several viewings and had an offer within two weeks, throughout Debbie kept in touch with me explaining how things were progressing which was really helpful and supportive.
I enlisted a solicitor to carry out the conveyancing and throughout this process which became laboured at times, Debbie was always there to offer her support in chasing things up and pushed the sale forwards even when I was drawing blanks from the solicitor, Debbie would manage to get through to the buyer and keep me updated, this relieved the stress and I had full confidence in Debbie.
I am convinced that the sale would have caused me a great deal of stress and uncertainty without Debbie’s professional assistance, always remaining positive and lifting me up when things were not going to plan.

I purchased my house through the Billingham branch of Michael Poole. Debbie Watts was my contact. From my first viewing I found Debbie to be super helpful, proactive and responsive. I was selling multiple properties at the time and my experience with Debbie was by far the best. She was proactive, checking in weekly to make sure things were progressing and chasing anything she was able to. She did this in a non pushy way and really eased the stress. When buying and selling houses we are reliant on agents and solicitors to be proactive and frequently things go quiet until you push things along yourself. This wasn't the case with Debbie. Excellent service when buying a property in auction. The man who showed us round the property on 3 separate occasions was excellent. On receiving the keys after completion the office staff at Michael pool gave us a little welcome hamper, the cider was much appreciated.

Michael Poole were quickly able to get us a viewing on a property we were interested in. This was key for us as we were under time pressure to find a property to buy.
Throughout the purchase process there was an open line of communication, and despite some confusion on the sellers part in regards to close out date, everything was handled efficiently and to a high standard.
The staff were polite and courteous and the welcome gift once we got our keys was a nice touch.
