Laura was great from the off, getting the valuation and pictures of my house and then to getting my property up on the internet. She wanted everything in the right place to showcase how good the house is and to show it’s full potential.<br>Highly recommend Oakheart property to get your house to market as can’t fault the communication from the whole team and how friendly they are.

We’ve had such a positive experience with Oakheart. Our first contact was with Zylo, who was cheery, friendly, and really helpful. We booked a few viewings and he recommended a house I didn’t think I’d like. He said, “It might surprise you, I think it’s worth a look,” and he was totally right — that’s the house we ended up buying.<br><br>I spoke with various members of the sales team and every single one of them was lovely. Our sales progressor, Amy, has been one of the best professionals I’ve ever worked with. Our process has been long and complicated due to our buyers’ solicitor being slow and disorganised, but Amy has been an absolute credit to Oakheart. Even when I must have driven her mad with phone calls, she never faltered, was always friendly, and we even had a laugh on the phone during the stressful moments.<br><br>We’re now completing next week — a moment I honestly didn’t think would come. I cannot recommend Oakheart enough. If you sell through them, they will represent your property exactly how you want. If you buy through them, they won’t disappear after the offer; they support you the whole way through.<br><br>Many thanks from Adam and Andrew.

Great experience with the letting team at Oakheart who took the time to listen and understand the type of tenant we were looking for. Korben Levey was very professional but personable with great communication. Also has a great team in Tom, Rachel and Lucinda who were also played their part in achieving a great outcome. Very happy with Oakhearts service so far and would recommend.

We chose Oakheart as we liked our negotiator Freddie .<br>Unfortunately he moved branches .<br>Un experienced agents doing the viewings .<br>Boards going up , boards going down !<br>Saw out our contract. Ask for property to be removed from Rightmove , this took 4 days with a reminder .<br>Two weeks later and being off market the board is still up .<br>Lots of apologies from the office ! For several reasons .<br>Best thing about Oakheart is their branding !

This is the only Estate Agents that i can genuinely say care about their clients as well as the landlords!
Our current landlord used Oakheart when we moved into his property and the guys were so helpful, (i did a review then as I was so impressed!).
We are now moving back to Surrey and our landlord has used Oakheart once again.
I have been liaising with Minty regarding viewings via email; she has been so friendly, kind and considerate especially with viewings around the busy Xmas period. She hasn't been demanding and has worked around our shift work schedule (Train Driver), when it comes to booking people to view the property.
It is so refreshing for existing tenants to be treated with kindness as well as possible new tenants and the landlords.
