Oakheart Ipswich are a great estate agent, you just have to look around in the local area and see how quickly the properties sell with Oakheart boards out the front of them. We used them as a multi agent and I dealt directly with Kayleigh the branch manager who was very understanding as to the reason for selling the property, Kayleigh dealt with the process personally from exceptional photography to admin and even going out if her way to collect keys , even giving up her own time when needed as so to make the advert go live as quickly as possible .In the end, the sale went through with one of the other agents but I'm sure Oakheart's online coverage helped us get a wider audience. If and when we have a property to sell in the future I will certainly use Kayleigh and her team at Oakheart again. Great job and thank you ??????

So we have sold and just exchanged our property using Oakheart. I must say we spoke to a few members of staff there and they were wonderful but a special thank you goes to Amy Doig who if it wasn't for her I think I would've gone mad, they say moving is stressful but with her advice, help and professional support we made it . Amy worked hard to help with any questions we had and supported us through the whole process, she kept us informed all the way through the process of selling and informed us of any issues or problems that occurred, thank you so much Amy for making this experience a lot easier for us??????, a valid member of the team at Oakheart.x

Very happy with the Oakheart, definitely not your typical high-street agent. Communication is key when selling or renting a property and we had that throughout. Big thanks to the sales team for trying to find us a buyer, and also special thanks to Korben who led us through the entire process and found us an excellent tenant very quickly. Thank you for going above and beyond, it is very reassuring given we are not in the country and knowing that our home is in great hands. We will recommend you to anyone.

This is the only Estate Agents that i can genuinely say care about their clients as well as the landlords!
Our current landlord used Oakheart when we moved into his property and the guys were so helpful, (i did a review then as I was so impressed!).
We are now moving back to Surrey and our landlord has used Oakheart once again.
I have been liaising with Minty regarding viewings via email; she has been so friendly, kind and considerate especially with viewings around the busy Xmas period. She hasn't been demanding and has worked around our shift work schedule (Train Driver), when it comes to booking people to view the property.
It is so refreshing for existing tenants to be treated with kindness as well as possible new tenants and the landlords.
Thank you Minty and Oakheart!
