House didn’t sell but no fault of Oakheart’s. Bad market and not in a position to lower the asking price to be able to get a quick sale so took it off the market. Oakheart were very helpful with regular marketing updates and a very good sales team.

Recently started renting my first property with Oakheart and my agent Nathaniel has made this moving process nothing short of simple as much as he can do. We’ve had a lot of tight corners to navigate but he has been there to help the whole way through with his quick responses, fast thinking, and persevering attitude since the viewing. This is my first property on my own and haven’t really had any idea but he has been outstanding at showing me the ropes and guiding me through each step, I couldn’t have done it without ya mate. After dealing with other problematic estate agents who had given up, Oakheart has been a breeze and Nathaniel really had been a breath of fresh air, so thank you. Lewis.

We were impressed by the photography and drone footage that Oakheart created to market the house. The sale took longer than expected, and the eventual price achieved was less than forecast. However we acknowledge that this was a property with potential, but requiring considerable modernistion, so would have appealed to a limited audience. Our 5* rating was in no small part due to Amy Lillistone, the Oakheart Sales Progressor, who did a brilliant job "chasing the chain" to ensure that completion was effected before the increase in stamp duty.
