I would recommend Open House Estate Agents. They took great pictures and gave a thorough description of the house, getting our house on the market quickly. Personal service and excellent communication throughout the process. The only issue we had was when it came to the negotiation with our buyer for a price - we had to push back quite hard against offers that were below what we thought were acceptable. Open House were understanding when we raised this issue and it finally helped us reach a target price we were happy to accept. They are willing to listen to your needs.

Absolutely amazing estate agency! Easy to approach, helpful and very professional! We had the worse solicitor imaginable and only thanks to Bryan Hollands we were able to exchange contracts. He was always offering a good advice and funny, sarcastic comment to ease my anxiety. Thank you Bryan, Neil and Will! I can't recommend you enough!

We received a fantastic service from the team at Open House in Peacehaven. We cannot recommend our agent, Bryan, highly enough. Bryan always kept us informed & upto date on everything that was happening during the whole process of selling ours mums house . We would have no hesitation in using their services again. From the initial contact, through multiple visits they were excellent. The icing on top was the contact and updating. I wish all agents gave you updates as they happen and also weekly updates on all parties.

Terrible company.<br>Couldn't even email to say I had not been accepted.<br>Also the house looked nothing like the photos on the website.<br>Didn't ring back when I enquired about another house.

I'd recommend Open House to any landlord in Leicester. From the first valuation it was clear [Rahul] knew the local rental market — the rent he suggested was realistic and we achieved it. The listing went up quickly with good photos, viewings were all accompanied so I didn't have to be there, and I got feedback after each one rather than having to chase. Referencing and the tenancy paperwork were handled properly and the whole thing went through smoothly. Communication was the standout: calls and messages answered the same day, including outside normal office hours. My apartment is now let to a tenant I'm happy with. Thanks to the team.
