I had a good experience with PJC as a buyer and I found them to be responsive to messages throughout.
One thing I found unusual was that when I made my offer via telephone, (I also confirmed my offer via email) I did not receive a phone call back to say the offer had been accepted, I received an email confirming it instead. This isn't really a criticism since the outcome is the same and it's always better to have written confirmation of something, but I would have expected a phone call first and then an email.
As a first time buyer I have no prior experience of the 'progression' side of the business, but on many occasions, my view of Rhiannon was that she is an example of how someone is meant to do this job! Rhiannon was very responsive to messages and kept me updated throughout, which meant that I, in turn, felt more inclined to keep her updated about our situation/progress, which I hope was useful for the rest of the chain since we were at the bottom of it.
At no point did I feel that PJC was working solely in the interest of the seller, I felt valued as a buyer, which I think is important. The communication on the day of completion was very good and I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure it happened.
I would definitely consider PJC for any future sale/purchase and feel grateful for the service received.
