Ive had a great experience with PJC. This is my second time using them to buy/sell. Really quick responses, good expert advice and always available to talk. Michelle has been great, she's been really kind to me and I cant thank her enough for her help. Highly recommend using PJC for buying and selling

The whole rental process through PJC was brilliant. From initial viewing, contract issuance, dealing with any issues at the property, moving out and getting the deposit returned, operated like a well-oiled machine. I dealt with several people there, and they were all fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Worst experience ever. After a year they came back and asked me again to pay a deposit that i already paid in full after i moved out i never experienced anything like this. They are con artists. Make sure you have all your papers and receipts cause they might try to scam you.

This was my first experience of renting and it has been a good one. Getting work done was handled very efficiently with a good online system. Our landlord was pretty amazing and so helpful. The thing that worried me before I rented was getting my deposit back at the end but this was so easy. We agreed a tiny amount for sorting the garden and the balance was in my account within a day. The firm that they sub-contracted to for showing ability to afford the rent were hard work and not up to the standard of the agency itself so I would like you to look at this bu staff in the office have been helpful and efficient and I would recommend the agency to anyone.

Met a lot of agents recently, and PJC are easily one of the best. I felt they were honest, efficient, and treated me as a priority at all times.
Julie who showed us the property was really nice to deal with while making offers, and claire who we had a lot of contact with at the end of the process would have moved mountains if we needed her to. Thanks to all at PJC!

Professional, reliable, honest and trust worthy are just some of the words that spring to mind when describing the service that the Payton Jewell Caines team in the Pencoed office have provided.
They have not only assisted myself with the sale of my home, but also been a huge supporting factor for two of my sons when purchasing their properties, as well as more recently being instrumental in the speedy sale of the home of another son.
The whole team, especially Sharon, Nicola and Helen are consistent in their approach to feedback and always accommodating when arranging viewings, working well into the evening to minimise any impact on the those residing at the property. It made me feel as a customer that I was there main priority.
They have made what I expected to be a stressful journey seem effortless and have certainly saved me from growing more grey hairs in the process. Should I ever decide to move again in the future I would not hesitate to contact this team and cannot recommend them enough

Our experience with the Pencoed sales office has been fantastic. My son is looking to buy a house with his girlfriend and children and I popped into the office to enquire about some houses. Nicola greeted me and went the extra mile to assist beyond words, really helpful and professional and I hope when my son does go to buy he buys from her. She is a credit to your company.

Over the years we have bought and sold with the Pencoed branch of PJC. The staff have always been very helpful and kept us informed throughout the proceedings. In fact they usually seem to know more than our solicitors! When buying they excel at matching you with properties and if nothing out there suitable will go out of their way to find one for you. They know the area very well and their local knowledge is so helpful, especially when getting your sale through. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with PJC handling the sale of my house. A realistic valuation from the outset, which turned out to be 100% accurate. Sharon and Jade who did most of the viewings were very considerate due to personnel circumstances, which made viewings difficult.
Sharon in particular worked hard to ensure a steady stream of viewings culminating in several buyers wanting to purchase, which, guaranteed the full asking price.
All messages were passed on, and calls always returned. Payton Jewell Caines are the go to Estate Agents to buy/sell in Pencoed and I recommend them highly.
