Just sold and purchased a property with Peter David. They sold our property within three weeks after being with a competitor four months so firstly I think speaks volumes in itself! Peter David team have been absolutely fantastic, keeping you informed and go above and beyond to help you. I cannot recommend them enough and will certainly recommend them to anyone selling their home. Their knowledge of property selling etc. is amazing there wasn’t a question they couldn’t answer. I used Peter David to sell my house in Hudds. Fantastic service from start to finish from Hannah and Claire. Honest, straightforward and professional. Their real value is in closing down the sale - chasing up various elements of the chain and resolving queries. Claire went above and beyond by chasing right the way down the chain to help close the loop and get completion over the line!

Throughout the process of purchasing and selling (both with Peter David Hebden Bridge) Sandra & Garry were absolutely brilliant, and kept us in the loop with everything, guiding us through and supporting us, with what is a very stressfull time!
