Peter David put this property on £130,000 in the market we as buyer went their all the way from London to view the property put our offer for full asking price then they change their mind and started asking buyers for highest offers with out telling them the guide price we felt very disgusted and felt been fooled if we knew how they do their business we wouldn’t be dealing this estate agent in first place very wrong way of doing business STAY AWAY BUYERS

Claire and the team were professional, supportive and extremely patient throughout the purchase of our home. It was a long 9 months after a couple of chain collapses of our existing home but we finally got there. I would highly recommend Peter David, we were thoroughly informed throughout the process and always felt that we were their priority.
Again a personal thanks to all the team, we are finally in our 'forever home!'

Unprofessional, inconsiderate letting agent. I had an appointment to view a property, which I had to take half a day's leave to get from Bradford where I was working only to be called 40 mins before my appointment that the property had been let. I'm a landlord myself and this is not the way you treat potential tenants. The agent i spoke to didn't seem to bothered and basically blamed the owner. Terrible!

Terrible treatment from Pam Harrison . What a horrible person . Rung me shouting on me while I was babysitting my 5 year old son , becouse I requested someone else deal with my application. Horrible behaviour. Avoid

To Claire and the Peter David Huddersfield team,
From initially meeting Claire back in January when she came to value our home, to completing our sale on 28/06/23, the service received from all has been outstanding! Hannah & Millie have kept in touch throughout the whole process with regular updates on how our sale is progressing, and also checking in on how our onward purchase was also progressing.
We would absolutely use Claire and her fantastic team again, and highly recommend anyone thinking of putting their property on the market to contact Peter David.

Claire and Hannah Toy at Peter David have recently sold our house and we bought from them. The process was long as expected due to the long chain. My main dissatisfaction came with communication as I would need to chase them for updates.
Overall, they were helpful but I feel they could do better and carry their clients along with progress of their sales/purchase.
