We always knew it was going to be tricky selling two properties to buy our dream house. We chose Robert luff from good recommendations. There were many bumps along the way. With both our sales that fell through. A long period of no viewings at one point but We went to the office and were presented with all the fact and figures about my flat viewings on right move etc and was given great advice and what price reductions to do etc.we took that advice and sold the next day ! Right from the very start Maddison the sales progressor was communicative and let us know what was happening every step of the way. Quick to respond to emails. Everyone who answered the phones in the office were friendly. In fact we popped into the office for a chat and a giggle sometimes. The chain of 5 was a tricky one with some tense moments of nearly breaking. Maddison went above and beyond to keep it together knowing how stressful it was for us. The day we collected the keys we got hugs from the team and even some fresh bread croissants and jam from Gayle’s bakery. Nice touch. So even though I wouldn’t say it was a totally smooth ride I think Robert luff went above and beyond to help us. Totally recommend. Thanks guys

This estate agent charges a premium. No idea why as the service was rank average.Promises of open viewings days soon after going on sale were clearly just fiction. I should have known better. Completion dates were proposed without contacting the rest of the chain. Surveys started way too late. Overall a dreadful experience. After completion, I was going to request a partial refund.
