Not great at communicating. The agent who did the first viewing hadn't even seen the property, so not sure how you can promote a house you have never seen

Highly recommended. Had a great experience with the team at Robert Luff on the sale of our house. From the first meeting when they came to see and value our home through to exchange it has been very smooth, positive and professional. Harvey has been amazing! He’s really helped us out, if we didn’t understand anything he was right there to help. He explained everything to us helping us understand the process, as we are first time renters. Highly recommend! Five out of 5 stars!

Heb has been exceptional throughout the sale process. He gave an honest valuation and then worked tirelessly in a challenging market to secure a sale in line with my expectations. His advice was always very insightful; it always felt like we were working together to achieve the right outcome, so I never felt pressured into any decisions. He went above and beyond, including arranging for expert quotes when the buyer had maintenance queries and pushing through the sale to meet my deadline, proactively chasing the buyer as needed. I also know that he worked on another sale in the same building, and again that he went above and beyond for that sale. Highly recommended!

Dilly at Robert Luff was great. We were a tenant with them for almost two years and Dilly looked after us well during that time. She met us at the property to hand us the keys and made sure we knew who to call with any problems. Any problems were dealt with quickly and professionally so we never had to worry.

Helping our son buy his first property was a really good experience for all concerned. Our son works long house so we handled the whole process on his behalf. Having not sold or bought a property for many years, it felt a bit daunting launching into the property market again. Jamie at Robert Luff EA made the whole experience so easy for us. He kept us updated and chased solicitors as and when at different pressure points. He was the perfect 'go between' for us and the seller, which enabled us to negotiate some furniture to be left at the property. He was so friendly and spoke in a language we could all understand; none of the 'in house' property speak!! From start to finish Jamie was completely transparent with us and we absolutely trusted we were in safe hands throughout. Thank you so much Jamie and your lovely team.<br><br>The Carter Family
