Excellent throughout. I moved my property to Luff & Co after terrible service at a competitor where I fell for the normal con of them indicator a higher sales price to market at. This competitors feedback was none existent where as Luff & Co kept me informed of every viewing before and after. They also advised on house dressing when the market slowed significantly. All in all a thoroughly professional service.

We recently sold our flat through Robert Luff and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. We worked closely with Heb, Haydn and Charlie — all incredibly professional, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process.
Heb, the director of the Hove branch, was especially brilliant. He kept everything moving smoothly, stayed proactive, and guided us through both our sale and onward purchase with real care and expertise.
The whole team made what could have been a stressful journey feel straightforward and well managed. We’re genuinely grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend Robert Luff to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.
