Special thanks to Charlie who walked us through the process from start to finish.<br><br>As first time buyers there were lots of things we didn’t know but Charlie was always professional, friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. He kept us informed throughout the purchase, was quick to respond to emails and calls and helped make what could have been a stressful experience much smoother.<br><br>We would highly recommend Robert Luff to anyone buying or selling a property and especially Charlie for his unbelievable service couldn't ask for anyone else be our agent!!<br><br>Thank you again for helping us buy our first home!

Heb went above and beyond from the start to the finish. From collecting keys, to allow viewings before my property went fully on the market, to reprinting forms (& much more) to enable exchange. I valued the accurate assessment of the market & my own property plus support during delays. Definitely earned his fee!

From the initial showing right the way to completion the team at Robert Luff have been there to help. Polite, supportive, never pressurising, always patient and very supportive of our first house purchase. There was no spin, no vagueness, no slow responses just brilliant help and advice. They not only helped guide us through the process but also worked closely with the mortgage team and our conveyancers to make the whole thing as seamless as possible.<br><br>We commend them to you if you are looking for a property and we'd like to extend our thanks to the whole team but especially Charlie and Heb.

Jamie and the team were a real breath of fresh air after a pretty stagnant few months. His enthusiasm for trying the different approaches for our unusual house paid off almost immediately and we had more viewings in the first week with Robert Luff than we had had in a total of 9 months with other agents, and have now sold the house. Friendly, pro-active and very can-do - I have pleasure in recommending Jamie and the team unreservedly!
