Fantastic photos,had to chase them to get viewings in and feedback from viewings but when chased they did act well,during the final stages of the sale getting information on how things were moving along were slow, the agent of the property I was buying was much more proactive and done most of the chasing the chain that Robert luff should have done, that agent was Bradley's in helston and they were absolutely fantastic

Jamie Bryant and the Team at the Goring Office were superb for me from start to finish. Jamie is very perceptive and was able to do and say the right things at the right time to keep me informed and the chain moving forward. A new team member, James, did the viewings around my house and quickly showed he had all the right credentials, being punctual, showing an interest in customers, asking them questions while giving them space and not being too familiar or overbearing. Great service start to finish from an excellent team. I was recommended to Jamie and I happily share the recommendation with others.

Robert Luff have been great throughout the whole process. Regular communication and even chasing me up when things needed to be sped up. The conveyancer that they recommended was excellent and I very efficient.
Robert Luff managed to sell our flat in less than a week.
After our first buyer pulled out for personal reasons, they managed to find us another buyer in less than a week and managed things with the owner of the property that we were buying, who also happened to be selling through Robert Luff, to allow us to keep the same property.
