Impressed, as with previous sales, with the presentation of the details and photographs of my home. I have never before sold a house as quickly.... The information was posted on the Friday, I had two couples viewed on the Saturday, on the Monday one couple offered and on the Tuesday another couple offered the full asking price which I accepted... Phew.

I saw three properties from Sarah Mains and all three were fantastic quality and great options for us.
First a thanks to Elliot Scott - for being an outstanding lettings consultant and supporting my wife and I in finding our perfect home. His quick responses to emails and calls and guidance in completing our application was brilliant.
Also a note for Kate who showed me around the properties and for her letting me take the time I needed to thoroughly look around all the houses.
100% recommend Sarah Mains and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I don’t have a single bad word to say about our experience with Sarah Mains Whickham. Donna Bell was our main point of contact throughout the purchase of our first home and she was amazing! She was always on the other end of the phone for any questions I had, and supported us the whole way. I’m a very anxious person and she was very understanding and professional throughout the transaction. 100% recommend.

Had an amazing experience with the Whickham Branch! From the start Emma was great with the valuation and was so happy with my pics and videos! Lisa, Warren & Sarah looked after me and my properly sold within 1 week and had 4 viewings! Kelly was fabulous with the offer and communication, fingers crossed for our onward purchase!
