The service provided by the team at Sarah Mains, Wickham branch, has been fab! I have no complaints. The sales photos & video were done promptly and professionally, Josh and Kelly kept me updated with house viewings, offers and next process.
Whenever I rang with a query, which once the house sold, was often! Donna was always patient and helpful, she was down to earth, understanding and often went above and beyond to talk me through the process, offering reassurance. I never once felt like just another client! I highly recommend Sarah Mains, Wickham team to sell a property, would definitely use them again.

I have previously used Sarah Mains for a house move and recently used them as my Let and Managed agents for my house. They are a brilliant team who are very responsive to questions from either myself or the tenants. Great value for money. I have no problem recommending them and will definitely use them in the future

We bought our lovely new home through Sarah Mains and Donna was with us every step of the way. It was a long process and very stressful owing to factors out of our control, but Donna was amazing and kept us sane throughout. Absolutely 5 star service, keeping us informed and doing everything she could to keep the move on track.
Our occasional interactions with other members of staff showed that excellent service is clearly the name of the game for the Sarah Mains Estate and Letting Agency as all of those were great, too, but it was Donna who we had the majority of the contact with and who worked extremely hard despite the difficulties faced during our move.
Donna, we cannot thank you enough - you are a true asset to your company.

Valuation was done by very nice lady who was very knowledgeable. House went on the market and was under offer 5 days later. Currently sold subject to contract.
