After being with a different agent for some time and feeling I was getting nowhere close to selling my property, I called Sarah Mains and switched over to them. Within a week I had numerous offers to choose from. On accepting the offer, the process has been very quick and smooth. I had regular updates from Sarah Mains and they were always on hand if I needed them for anything. The whole thing has took a small 12 weeks! So far I have no complaints, I have been advised each step of the way and
I had offers within the first week and accepted an offer within the first ten days. It's a waiting game for things to progress but I have every confidence in Sarah Mains staff.
