A great agent that I have used many times. Having experienced working with other estate agents I would rate Sarah Mains above anyone else. Their initial valuation was good and sales team also very friendly and willing to help when asked to do so. If I had any problems I just had to call. If I had to be picky and say one thing that could be improved that would be communicating developments as soon as they happen to appease anxious sellers. Recently we had a house to sell and one of the estate agents we contacted was Sarah MAINS - my details were taken very efficiently and a valuer Aimee LYNCH attended our house very promptly armed with lots of information about the selling of houses in the area and gave us lots of information to have food for thought, Aimee was so professional and informative. Although I got other estate agents to attend Aimee was our immediate choice as she really sold the package. Next we had Wendy SOPWITH at the office who supported us with any information we needed and kept us fully informed with viewings and updated information. Within one day of our house going "live" on the market it was sold. On one occasion I had occasion to ring out of hours and spoke with Lauren at the Low Fell branch and she was so extremely helpful also. When we put our house up for sale. Susan was the person who liaised with me. Susan always kept me up to date with a follow up from clients who viewed. She was always polite and very efficient. Although my house was up for sale for quite a while (because of the higher price bracket) she never forgot to keep in touch even when we had no viewings for sometime Susan would always catch up with us to let us know we weren’t forgotten. I changed to Sarah Mains, I contacted Wendy at the Osborne Rd branch and after a short fact finding chat the wheels were set in motion. First a very nice gentleman visited my home to take photographs, these are essential to show of your home at its best,(they were so good I nearly changed my mind about selling ????). We first contacted Sarah mains when we saw an apartment that we liked. After viewing the apartment we were asked if we would like our house valued. This was the first time we have sold and bought as we had been in our home for 36 years. We were very impressed with the valuer who was very professional and she advised us the way to go. having decided to sell my apartment i had 3 valuations carried. Sarah Mains were by far the most impressive with their pitch, very professional with good quality supporting documentation and a good clear plan of how they intend to market the property. i was kept informed throughout the entire process, if you needed to speak to the agent then getting hold of them by telephone was always easy and they were more than happy to listen to what i had to say and provide advice and feed back following viewings. following viewings my property was always left how i requested showing a certain respect for your property. The service which most impressed me was the photos and video of the property, it showed the property off with a true likeness without being air brushed or photo shopped. finally the team at sarah mains were determined to get me a good/ fair price for my property. If i ever have to buy or sell again then i wouldn't even bother looking at any other estate agent i would go straight back to sarah mains, very impressed with your work!! and thanks to wendy and Aimee who were excellent throughout....
