From my initial phone call with Megan Adams, I knew I had made the right choice choosing to sell with Sarah Mains. Megan is so thorough, super efficient, helpful, genuinely interested in me as a person and my requirements, but most of all, very friendly and professional. Any questions I have had, have been answered immediately or if that wasn't possible, within a few hours. The standard of photos were exceptional in my opinion and gave a true representation of my home. First of all I would like to thank Amy of Sarah Mains, Jesmond Offiice, on her professionalism while valuing the two properties we wanted to sell and arranging photography and brochures to a high quality. Especially a big thank you to Megan and Donna. Megan for the negotiations. arranging viewings and achieving full market value. Donna for all the follow up, liaising with our buyers, our buyers solicitors and ourselves and that has been no easy task. Throughout the whole process from the properties going on the market to completion they were a pleasure to deal with. We always got an immediate response to emails and returning calls which is novel these days.
