Helen in the Jesmond branch is the most professional estate agent I have had any dealings with. She is a credit to Sarah Mains. I am extremely impressed by her professionalism & her communication face to face as well as over the phone.

A great agent that I have used many times. Having experienced working with other estate agents I would rate Sarah Mains above anyone else. Their initial valuation was good and sales team also very friendly and willing to help when asked to do so. If I had any problems I just had to call.

If I had to be picky and say one thing that could be improved that would be communicating developments as soon as they happen to appease anxious sellers. I found myself having to chase things up a couple of times, but to be fair I am pretty impatient!

All in all, a great team and I would definitely use their services again.
