Slades were great. Jordan was handling my purchase and even though I wasn't the client I felt supported by Jordan who kept me in the loop throughout. There were a few bumps in the road, as there often is, but Jordan did his best to keep things on track and liaised with all parties on all developments. Jordan was a great help, professional and easy to talk to throughout the process.

We appointed Slades Southbourne to help market our 14 clifftop apartments echo beach. Dealing mainly with Dean and Jack who I can highly recommend, great communication, efficient and very successful in selling a great number of the apartment and many off plan too. Highly recommend.

Slades were very professional, efficient and polite.<br>Initially Dean when he came to do the quotation and then Jack who handled my sale.<br>Jack kept in contact and was very patient and supportive through a challenging sale. He helped guide me through the process and I am very thankful to him for sticking with it until completion!<br>I would not hesitate to recommend Slades of Southbourne.<br>Thank you very much to them!

Slades Bransgore were excellent. Nathaniel who dealt with this sale was very helpful. We completed three months from when they started marketing this property.
My only concern with Slades as a whole was the valuation by another branch which was too optimistic.
I only achieved 83% of the original valuation in October.
Bransgore Slades were more realistic. I achieved 92% of their valuation.
