Excellent support and service from Smith and Friends in the sale of our house. From honouring a previous quote to fantastic support in the final weeks to completion - the team at the Ingleby Barwick branch have been so efficient, professional, kind and informative. Great marketing, sound advice and support in securing solicitors, they have held our hand through the whole process, making something that can be stressful, easy. A special thank you to Andrea, who always returned my calls, was understanding, empathic and for whom no question was too silly! Highly recommended local firm who know the market.

Smith and Friends are a very helpful and professional agent. This was our first time selling and buying and thus had lots of questions, but no question was too much trouble. They were always available via phone or email. All staff from Craig who came to value the property, to everyone in the office and the staff who came to show us around properties were extremely friendly and professional, and put my nervousness at ease. Highly recommended.

Emailed three times over the course of a week and a half; once on their website and twice on Rightmove to book a viewing of a property and got no reply. Rang up to try and book a viewing only to find no one answered the phone.

Friendly staff and easy to contact. We only had a small number of viewings but they found a buyer in the end. Perhaps the property was over valued and we then had the fall in house prices and the increase in interest rates which probably didn't help.
