Charlotte was very approachable polite and helpful, I was acting on behalf of a deaf Ukrainian couple and she did everything possible to facilitate the barriers which this entailed.

Would highly recommend Amy Lorincz went above and beyond to help us through the process,nothing was to much for her and would always make us feel like we could call her any time and ask her as much as we wanted too.she was so helpful and polite when doing the viewings couldn’t of asked for a better Sales negotiator

Absolutely dreadful estate agents.. the attitude of the staff is actually disgraceful. I would avoid Stratton and creber by a 10 mile radius. Not sure if it's Looe or Futher afield but I can honestly say right move are far better. I WOULD AVOID until they sack the member of staff

In the end I decided to take my house off the market. Sophie senior sales negotiator was mindful and co nsidered regarding the premium listed advertising of my property . I found her gracious when following conversations with my family and a great deal of thought decided I was not quite ready to leave my cottage .

We found Stratton Creber most helpful and professional. We mostly dealt with Amy Rawlinson who went out of her way to assist us in the sale of our property. We were well advised throughout our sale, cannot praise them enough.

Very poor communication. Had to chase through the whole process.
Unable to update re seller, seemed disinterested.
Avoided calls, and mostly unprofessional. To add insult to injury, presented a final bill £1000 too much.
No real apology, treated my brother and myself as annoying.
Seeling my father's house, very stressful, and did not help with the pain of loosing him.
Would not use again.
Roger did step up to the mark at the end.
Did not make up for many months of poor service.
