We highly recommend Belle Holtam in Looe! She was incredibly professional, calm, and responsive to all of our queries and extra viewing requests. She struck the perfect balance, knowing exactly when to offer guidance and when to give us space to view the property in peace. Never pushy but always "on it," she even went above and beyond to save the day when a delivery arrived at the house ahead of completion. Excellent service throughout!

Initially first contact with Stratton and Cerber was excellent.
The agent, confident, good local knowledge, and updated the starting process.
Then nothing for 2 months .
