Unfortunately I sold a house many years ago with them. So this is why u chose them again. The lack of communications after a viewing g was very poor. I had to chase them up about how it went. I never heard from them much either.

Initially first contact with Stratton and Cerber was excellent.
The agent, confident, good local knowledge, and updated the starting process.
Then nothing for 2 months .
What a shame .
