Very poor communication. Had to chase through the whole process.
Unable to update re seller, seemed disinterested.
Avoided calls, and mostly unprofessional. To add insult to injury, presented a final bill £1000 too much.
No real apology, treated my brother and myself as annoying.
Seeling my father's house, very stressful, and did not help with the pain of loosing him.
Would not use again.
Roger did step up to the mark at the end.
Did not make up for many months of poor service.

Nick and the team have been absolutely fantastic handling my sale. I could not fault them. Nick kept me updated and offered me really helpful advice, he was professional and patient. Hannah conducted many of my viewings, she was so polite and accommodating throughout. I would recommend them without a shadow of a doubt.

We recently viewed and subsequently bought a house through this estate agent. Our initial viewing was conducted by Hannah and we absolutely received a 5 star service here. Hannah had a good knowledge of the property and was able to answer almost all of our questions. Those that she didn't know were referred to the seller and we received prompt and satisfying replies. We received a similarly excellent service during our second viewing of the property, with the ever enthusiastic and friendly Hannah no less knowledgeable or happy for us to be viewing it than the first time. We fell in love with the property and were keen to put in an offer but we explained to Hannah that we had a few issues with our current property and might struggle to secure a sale because of it. Hannah went above and beyond for us in facilitating the sale of our property in order to help us buy the new property and we cannot thank her enough for her enormous efforts. Hannah kept us well informed throughout the whole process with regular phone calls and I never once doubted that she didn't have it all under control, I've not experienced such a stress free interaction with an estate agent. We would also like to thank Nick for his efforts 'behind the scenes' as I'm sure that I would not be sat here writing this in our new home without his help. Thanks again to the most professional and dedicated team at Stratton Creber, especially Hannah.

Fantastic company to deal with from start to finish.
Nick, Hannah and co were fantastic dealing with my property sale. Quick, efficient and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Communication was great throughout, with them doing most of the work for me. Viewing were all conducted by them so I didn't have to sort anything or wait in for people. Highly recommend, especially since I sold within 2 days of the property being live!

used nick and he made it so easy for me, i really felt this was going to be a much more stressful experience than i expected. Everyone in the office i could relate too and it really put me at ease. I have a total change of heart toward estate agent as they have gone well out their way to help me with my first house. Liam is doing my mortgage and he has been great to deal with.

The Redruth office have been absolutely fantastic when selling our house in Redruth. Michael was good at pushing things along and a big shout out to Hannah for her ability to always keep us informed as to what was happening. The whole staff could not have done more and I woul sincerely advise anyone buying or selling to use this office.

The staff here have been fantastic. We’re first time buyers and the team in redruth have made what could be a complicated process understandable and as easy as it can possibly be. Very personal service and I wouldn’t hessitate to recommend them.
