The Launceston team have been nothing short of brilliant throughout the entire process. From my initial consultation with Lisa, whose friendly approach and humorous video introductions to Andrew, who kept me informed at every key stage, as well as all the other staff members who assisted along the way, the service has been exceptional.
Thank you all for your professionalism, communication, and support throughout. Webbers also recommended Bright Solicitors, who have been excellent to work with and provided a similarly high standard of service.
Unfortunately, the buyers' solicitors were a stark contrast and fell well short of the standard demonstrated by everyone else involved. I look forward to leaving feedback that accurately reflects my experience with them.
Thank you again to the entire Launceston team for making what can be a stressful process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

We cannot recommend the team at Webbers Launceston highly enough!
Hilary, Lisa, Nathan, Leah, all of them were absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. Redundancy forced us to sell our home and navigating the property market was a daunting experience, particularly as we found ourselves needing to move into temporary accommodation and explore auction properties for the very first time.
We had NEVER purchased a property at auction before and had no idea what to expect, but Lisa, in particular, held our hand every step of the way, bless her! Leah and Nathan were always patient, knowledgeable and reassuring, and Hilary was the lovely soul who first showed us what would become our forever home. Every member of the team treated us with kindness, professionalism and genuine care.
We often INSISTED that they were like The Avengers, although they joked they are more like the Ninja Turtles! Lol. But forever in our hearts...they truly are a team of superheroes!!! They went above and beyond time and again, answering questions, calming nerves and helping us navigate what could have been an intensely overwhelming process.
Thanks to their support, we found and secured the perfect home we hope to enjoy for many years to come :") They quite literally changed our lives, and we remain forever grateful.

Webbers South Molton are a very professional bunch with the personal touch needed when buying a property. Hayley is the outstanding superstar and nothing is too much trouble. Shame you can only give 5 stars.

The staff at Webber's Estate Agents at the Torrington branch were outstanding. Truly dedicated professionals. I had committed and friendly support all the way from start to finish. Three fantasic individuals in particular who I mainly dealt with, deserve a special mention, who not only in their own right are worth their weight in gold, but together their qualities and brilliance made the team really shine; Adrian Hardwick for offering his valuable professional advice and guidance, Mark Way for his super friendly professional and kind help with the viewings along with the lovely Sarah Megson who also progressed my sale with the upmost dedication and diligence.
They listened to what I wanted and delivered every time. Not forgetting a big thank you to the others in the office. They really are a credit to this branch. Their
support made me feel like I was their only customer on account of the attention they gave me and how focused they were on getting my property sold. I cannot speak highly enough of them and certainly recommend this branch.

From the moment the phone was picked up at the office we felt as if we were treated as the only customers and nothing was too much trouble. There was professional timely communication, and regular updates. Advice was readily given and the sales team proactively managed the sale and after sales process. We highly recommend Tim, Nikki, Claire and the whole team.
We spoke to 4 estate agents to organise our sale, although initially the most expensive this was more than recouped when, the highest sales figure was attained within 2 weeks, with minimal stress. This was the only agent to prepare a hosted video tour of the property with a drone presentation of the views and rural aspect attracting multiple buyers from out of the county, predominately buyers who wanted to relocate. The sales negotiators came to our house before any viewings to familiarise themselves with all the selling points. Our buyers travelled from out of county & were a busy working family who upon first viewing had a good knowledge of our property and drawings for alterations based on the guided video tour and package. The marketing model could not have been better. We would use this company to view properties remotely before committing our time to travel if buying.

The BEST Estate Agents we have ever dealt with!! Rebecca and Ginny have been outstanding! We have never had such proactive, caring, and personal service from any other agent with moving house. Totally changing the estate agent cliché. So much so I'd love to work with this company myself. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart. 100 % highly recommended!
