We had been with a competitor for 8 months, and only had 12 viewings. Switched to Webbers, Ilfracombe and initially spoke with Henry Swain, who advised us clearly with a plan to move forward.<br>At this point Keri Harrop was allocated as our dedicated Property Advisor.<br>Within 9 days of our revised advert going live, we received an acceptable offer and started the Conveyancing process. This is where Keri showed how exceptional a talent she is for Webbers - constant communication, guidance and support both by phone and email. Questions were always answered quickly and clearly, her help was immense at what is a very stressful time. She constantly checked with solicitors, buyers and all parties involved for updates. Keri even on her days off, was more than prepared to offer support.<br>Webbers have a real gem in Keri and I know they will appreciate the way she conducts herself.

The team at Webbers in Barnstaple acted for us not only in a professional way, but also showed a kind and personal approach to their interactions. Our sale and purchase both suffered loss of chain issues, but the team kept things moving until we reached the positive outcome we are very pleased with. Special mentions to Sophie, who was our main contact when placing our home on the market, Jake who kept things moving throughout, and Val who progressed the chain towards exchange and completion. We are exceptionally pleased of the service from start to finish that we received from Webbers Braunton Estate Agents and highly recommend them to anyone considering selling their home. Having sought advice from a number of estate agents in the local area, the professionalism and confidence we received from Webbers was second to none. Their commission was slightly higher than others, but their commitment, honesty and attention to detail was certainly worth every single penny. The promotional material and photographs were exceptionally detailed and therefore gave their customers a true insight into our home whilst creating significant interest and multiple viewings. The level of communication from the whole team at Webbers is by far their biggest strength, this was apparent throughout from the initial stages when receiving offers, to the regular progress updates, right up to our purchase and sale. Despite a very last minute and disappointing breakdown in the chain for our out of area buyers prior to completion, the whole team at Webbers worked incredibly hard to regularly advise, guide and support our buyers to ensure a swift rebuild of the chain whilst maintaining regular communication with all parties. This level of communication continued right up to our final exchange date. The whole team clearly works hard at keeping detailed notes and updates for each of their clients as no matter who we called and spoke to at the office, they were incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and understanding. If I could award more than 5 stars I would!!!

Communication was very good they always replied fast and Shannon would always promptly ask any questions to the solicitors or sellers. When viewing we never felt rushed and they seem to understand we were totally new to buying a house. Every team member we spoke to was helpful and polite.
