Very pleased with the service received from Vanessa and Jolie. Very professional, personal and friendly. I recently sold my house with Webbers in Barnstaple, and the whole team were great from start to finish.
They took exceptional photos to present the property at its very best and were highly effective in managing negotiations. Although the first sale fell through (through no fault of Webbers), they handled the situation well—relisting promptly, communicating clearly, and securing another offer within a week of going back on the market.
Sarah, the sales progressor, was outstanding. She worked hard to chase solicitors and others in the chain, remained calm throughout the initial setback, and ultimately helped bring the sale to a successful conclusion within three months of remarketing.
I appreciate that experiences with estate agents can vary, and much depends on how well the whole team works together. In this case, their coordination and flexibility really stood out. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would be more than happy to use Webbers again.

From the moment the phone was picked up at the office we felt as if we were treated as the only customers and nothing was too much trouble. There was professional timely communication, and regular updates. Advice was readily given and the sales team proactively managed the sale and after sales process. We highly recommend Tim, Nikki, Claire and the whole team.
We spoke to 4 estate agents to organise our sale, although initially the most expensive this was more than recouped when, the highest sales figure was attained within 2 weeks, with minimal stress. This was the only agent to prepare a hosted video tour of the property with a drone presentation of the views and rural aspect attracting multiple buyers from out of the county, predominately buyers who wanted to relocate. The sales negotiators came to our house before any viewings to familiarise themselves with all the selling points. Our buyers travelled from out of county & were a busy working family who upon first viewing had a good knowledge of our property and drawings for alterations based on the guided video tour and package. The marketing model could not have been better. We would use this company to view properties remotely before committing our time to travel if buying.

The BEST Estate Agents we have ever dealt with!! Rebecca and Ginny have been outstanding! We have never had such proactive, caring, and personal service from any other agent with moving house.
