From meeting Tim until exchange of contracts, we could not have had better service. Tim in particular, and also his staff, went above and beyond our expectations ensuring that our sale went through as smoothly as possible and reducing the stress we were under. We cannot recommend Webbers highly enough and Tim in particular.

We had a very difficult transition with a a very short chain which took over 5 months to complete.
However throughout, Adrian and his team at Torrington presented our property in a very professional manner.
Communications throughout the period was handled immediately and rounded up at the end of the week, with a call to inform our weekly progress.
Their assistance to our legal advisors, in their words was professional, logical and proactive.
Lastly, they progressed the whole house sale and buying process with control and communication between Webbers, other EA’s and solicitor's all the way to completion and the day after to support their customer.

Mandy ensured that our family had somewhere to stay at short notice once our solicitors failed to complete on our purchase after completing on our sale. She really was a life saver!

Roger and his team were fantastic with the sale of our late mother’s house even when the market was very volatile. We had lots of positive viewings and eventually sold at a reasonable price. Communication, marketing and advice received was very helpful
