Cannot rate this team any "higher" superb from initial telephone call, home visit, pictures and on market sale.
I was telephoned each day we had a viewing with any updates either positive or negative.
Property was sold in one week the "for sale" sign did not even go up.
My dedicated sales team Rebecca Marshall and Ian Kidd were superb cannot praise enough.
Selling a home is stressful and having a team like this has been so positive.

West wales properties have been absolutely amazing for the sale of our property! Communication and service is superb and lovely staff.
James in particular has gone above and beyond to help us in the last few weeks leading to completion. He was making phone calls and emails every day chasing solicitors and even took the time to phone me on his annual leave to sing me “congratulations” down the phone as we finally go there!
Couldn’t have wished for better agents!

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The photographs and brochure were very good and probably contributed to a quick sale. They responded very quickly with the initial visit to discuss the sale and then a little later when I was ready to sell. I felt their communication to me on sale progress could have been a bit slicker but overall very happy with the service they offered.

Would highly recommend. We have used West Wales twice now, once to buy and once to sell. Staff are friendly, helpful and very proactive. We were kept updated and if we had a question they were always available.
