West Wales Properties were fantastic. From the offset, our estate agent, Lara, was very professional, knowledgeable and always quick to respond to any queries or concerns we had. Even though there were plenty of ups and downs in the sale of our property, Lara was always supportive, willing to put in the effort to turn things around, sometimes working extra hours, and the reassurance she provided always mitigated any stress. Lara was on a well deserved holiday as we approached completion, so Helen stepped in. Helen picked up the baton from Lara, and was just as professional, knowledgeable and helpful. In fact, all the members of staff we had contact with were a genuine pleasure to deal with. We have bought and sold numerous properties in the past, but have never experienced an estate agent as helpful, friendly and supportive as West Wales Properties. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We had a very efficient and honest service from James at West Wales. He was prompt in answering and proactive in anticipating questions. Communications overall were excellent and we felt very well supported during a rather complicated purchase.
