I sincerely couldnt recommend west wales properties Carmarthen enough. During the months long process of searching for a suitable new home, I dealt with a number of Estate Agents and whilst they ranged in quality from absolutely terrible to fairly good, none came close to the professional, personally tailored, and very friendly service i received from Ian at West Wales Properties Carmarthen.He provided an impeccable level of customer service that I didn’t see anywhere else during this process. Everyone is aware that purchasing a house can be a very stressful process but Ian genuinely made this process stress free and easy. I had complete peace of mind all the way through and only wish I had come to west wales properties first, at the at the start of my search.Then I could have avoided the many other, less than professional and at times frustrating agents I came across before finding Ian. Cannot rate this team any "higher" superb from initial telephone call, home visit, pictures and on market sale.
I was telephoned each day we had a viewing with any updates either positive or negative.
Property was sold in one week the "for sale" sign did not even go up.
My dedicated sales team Rebecca Marshall and Ian Kidd were superb cannot praise enough.
Selling a home is stressful and having a team like this has been so positive.

My wife called West Wales Properties Carmarthen branch today to seek a viewing for a property in Kidwelly only to be greeted by a rather abrupt lady! Only to be told no more viewings were being taken! True or false we will never know as it seemed the agent in question gave the impression she did not like English folk by her overall attitude. I will not be viewing any properties listed with this company and suggest if you have an English accent then keep clear of this branch.
It is a shame as we are Welsh born in Conwy but raised in England.

Not sure about finest Carmarthen but West Wales Properties in Pembroke have been really helpful. A difficult property to sell as it’s large - too big for most families these days and not at the standard for the small boutique guest house that people want to buy, so needing some work.
It’s taken a long time but I think we have finally got there. Staff in Pembroke always very helpful. For me selling the house on my own has been challenging with the various lockdowns not making it any easier but all questions answered and all precautions always taken.

Enquired about purchasing a property advertised online late on a Friday night, by 10am Saturday the very efficient and professional estate agents had already called back and discussed our requirements and made an appointment to view the property the next day (Sunday). Email confirmation was sent swiftly and the whole experience felt pleasant and not the usual ordeal of chasing up just to get an appointment, as has been with other estate agents. The agent in question was also incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our communication. Would highly recommend as an approachable, professional estate agents.
