This estate agent didn't seem to be very proactive. Once the property was listed they appeared to just sit back and wait for people to contact them rather than actively bringing it to the attention of potential buyers who were looking for this type of house.

Justin sold our house first viewing at full asking price ??????<br>Stood on the roof of his truck to get a slightly elevated picture.<br>Turned up on time made suggestions whilst taking photos.<br>Professional manor throughout. 5* from me & my family.<br>Local knowledge always helps.
