12th Nov 2022 (2 years ago)Been trying to get a hold of them for a viewing for a last few weeks and no one is picking up. Previously called them for another house and they actually picked up but the viewing times were very limited.

5th Aug 2023 (1 year ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware
4th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)Just drove 30 miles through traffic to get to meet them as arranged for 5 30 ,my wife drove not quiet as far around 22 miles got there bang on time to meet my wife at the property waited till 5 55 got a text off Lydia to see if I'm still attending the viewing I texted back to say I've been hear since 5 30 as you arranged don't no were to park my wife as had a argument with a resident as we was in her parking space (not a great start ) but there was no one to meet us there to tell us anything anyway it got to just after six and I tried the buzzer on 31 the loom and the guy there was renting and said no one had rang him to arrange a viewing and the place was a bit of a mess so I would have to go back to mai son has

As far as they’re concerned, after they get you a buyer that’s it for them. It’s job done. They find it an utter inconvenience if you contact them again for updates on your sale, god help you should you need any help progressing your sale after an offers been accepted as they’re simply not interested. Awful estate agent who only cares about conducting viewings. After that you’re left to fend for yourself. The owner will say all the right things to you on the phone then in reality after speaking with you will do the bare minimum to help and proved it to us. The owner lacks experience and is clueless and shouldn’t be allowed to run an estate agent. The amount of stress and extra expensive the owner caused us is inexcusable. Completely untrustworthy, incompetent, inept, unprofessional, the list goes on. Never again.

I was kept fully informed throughout, response times were excellent and all calls were returned promptly. I decided to instruct Taylor Weaver, not only because of their professionalism and great customer service but also due to their deep insight and knowledge of the local market, enabling them to provide realistic and meaningful valuations in relation to commercial sales and lettings. Looking forward to working with James and the team at Taylor Weaver again to manage all our commercial property needs. They come highly recommended from me and in my opinion are the best commercial sales and lettings agents in the North West. Zak ZEON GROUP

3rd Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)They sent people to view my property who didn't even have their home up for sale yet, people in no position to offer most viewings were a total waste of time. I wouldn't recommend Miller Metcalfe. My ex partner bought my share of house in the end

Having sold two previous properties with them and always receiving great advice, they were my immediate go-to when we decided to sell a rental property we have had for a number of years. They are always happy to help with any enquiries and provide valuable advice. Michael, a local guy from Ramsbottom, has excellent local area knowledge. 31st Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Feel as most agents they just want to get on the books not bothered/interested once on .. dont feel work / on your side
