20th May 2024 (11 mo. ago)I recently sold a property and having Farrow and Farrow as my estate agent it was so simple. From Emma’s first visit her valuation and photos were spot on. Viewings by Seth took all the hassle away and updates from Peter, their communication was excellent. I cannot fault the whole team and would highly recommend them. Many thanks again.

We got three different valuations for our property and Gary valued it the highest compared to the other two. He gave us the confidence that we could get what we wanted for our home, and if it wasn’t for Gary we might not have put our house up for sale, based on the other two companies. Our house sold after 24 hours of putting it up for sale. The other estate agents valued it 40k less. Our sale and purchase took a while to complete, which was no fault of Entwistle Green, but throughout this time Gary kept us updated throughout. We are now very happy in our new home. Cheers Gary! 20th Feb 2025 (9 weeks ago)I purchased a property through Forbes and I have to say I was extremely impressed with the way Lisa has dealt with everything. She truly has gone above and beyond to help with the whole process even dealing with things that were really outside of her remit. I just wish I’d used Forbes to sell my own house at the same time as, from the day it was sold last September to now, I haven’t had a single communication from Ben Rose. In comparison, Lisa at Forbes has kept in touch on a regular basis and done a lot of work to keep things moving so if you’re looking for an exceptional estate agent I would certainly say use Forbes.

23rd Dec 2024 (18 weeks ago)Give one star, so I can leave a review, but honestly, H2Homes are a nightmare to deal with. The tenant destroyed my property smash two windows, doors were damage, and no rent was paid. I spoke to Fatima and the team who are completely unhelpful and a waste of time. I will definitely not use H2Homes again. Avoid all costs.
21st Apr 2025 (6 days ago)We selected Wainwrights as our estate agent after reading a number of online reviews and, in particular, noting the high level of 'customer satisfaction' with Wainwrights being expressed by the reviewers. The whole process was handled most professionally and efficiently by Wainwrights. We were especially impressed by the effort they put into 'dressing' the house prior to the photographs being taken. The photographs were all superb and undoubtedly helped to attract interest and ultimately sell the house. Communication with the Wainwrights team was straightforward and efficient and we would especially like to thank Irene, Rachel and Caitlin for their 'team effort' in getting our house sale 'over the line'

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

This group of people don’t have problems they have solutions and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any buyer, seller or landlord. Thanks Tony
16th Apr 2025 (11 days ago)I do not recommend Erik clarke estate agents in Farnworth, for months we have tried to book viewings with with, through online enquiries and phone calls. You can never get through to them and when we leave voicemails they dont return calls. Today i called them but selected option 1 for valuations instead of sales, and the lady answered straight away , i explained to her that no one seems to be returning calls. She went on saying but my colleague rang you for this property so why didn you show your interest in the other properties at the time, i said it didnt come to mind as we thought they may have been sold and hence why no one has returned calls/emails, my partner said in the back ground if they cant be bothered leave it.. she went on saying we being rude and will not be dealing with you, certain houses on Pansy Rd and Lupin Avenue that we have been chasing for months have been ignored. If you want to sell your houses dont advertise through Erik Clarke in Farnworth. Their ignoring enquiries through email and phone and then telling people we not dealing with you. Very rude and bad customer service, your houses are not getting sold anytime soon. Follow up from above. Following my post the sales manager emailed me zero tolerance email, and stated below they emailed me back 15 times and said i was rude on two occasions this is a lie SORRY THE TRUTH HURTS im not the only one saying your staff are not doing their job right and are incompetent , you decided to send me an email after i reviewed you one on google.You are an unprofessional company and your staff need training . I received an email not stating anything about 15 emails responses and all sudden we rude on two occasions. Avoid at all costs very unprofessional . You may contact all the authorities you like. I am sharing my experience.

We used them for both our sale and purchase of our new home. 10/10 service and couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommend using these for anyone looking to sell or buy.
