5th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware
4th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)This wasn’t an easy sale it took a while to sell and the. it fell through and then sold again quickly . I was a panicky seller but both Jaimie abs Nicks were Professional and personable and I felt we actually became friends - almost ! Highly recommend

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market

1st Jul 2021 (2 years ago)Officially Dan represented the buyer but i felt as if he had my interests on a par with the vendor. Sometimes purchasing a house can produce unexpected problems, this was one of those and he literally held my hand all the way through it. Whatever the time or the day he was there as much for me as he was for the vendor. I am 100% certain that any other agent would not have got this over the finish line. Adam is a genuinely nice guy and this, in combination with his impressive knowledge and expertise, got our house sold (for the full asking price) in less than 3 weeks!
