The transition from the rental side to the sales team was seamless, and they handled the recent sale with the same care and expertise I’ve come to expect. This isn’t everyone, though, all colleagues represent the company. Having sold two previous properties with them and always receiving great advice, they were my immediate go-to when we decided to sell a rental property we have had for a number of years.
