4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We found the whole team at Farrow & Farrow very polite and helpful. The whole selling process is very emotive and the advice given about marketing and presenting our property was incredibly beneficial. The house write up by Peter was exceptional and the photographs by Emma showed the property off perfectly. Along side a powerful marketing video using photos, video and drones. Viewings held by Emma were informative and her ability to remember all the details was outstanding. The house is a unique 250yr old converted farmhouse in the challenging top end of the market therefore took some time to sell but all the team remained encouraging and worked tirelessly to find a buyer. Peter even took time to show us all the aspects of how they promote and sell properties which was encouraging for us. Somehow as busy as they are we always felt apart of the process and we were delighted of course when a new buyer was found. We cannot thank the team enough for helping sell our property.

30th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)Very disappointed with this. At the start it sounded promising but the service was not what you are led to believe. Poor to almost no communication unless you contact them. Something has clearly gone wrong with this estate agent.

9th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)We had the best experience with Wainwright's from start to finish. I would highly recommend this estate agents. Although when I looked at cost, it was slightly more, the service we received far outweighed the money we paid. We changed to Wainwright's after using another estate agents and I don't regret it. Within a few weeks they had sold our house and the service was impeccable. Every member of staff was dedicated to selling our house. Don't hesitate to use Wainwright's estate agents. Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. Our sale didn’t go without its problems but Jamie, Zoe and Helen were always supportive and all correspondence was replied to immediately or at least asap.<br>The team are very grounded and professional and you have confidence that they’re doing all the necessary administrative and diplomatic work on your behalf in the background to get the sale through the line.<br>The very personable approach the whole team have is very comforting and it made you feel that they genuinely cared. We spoke and messaged Helen a lot !!!! She remained very patient and professional and knew she wanted the best outcome for us.<br>We would highly recommend them all in a heartbeat.

They were very pro-active in finding us a buyer and special mention should go to Amy for her hard work and patience in keeping control of a complicated chain.

2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Sadly l recently found out that the person who bought my late father’s house intentionally misled me. They were first time buyers. I preferred not to sell to a developer and the boss at Keenan’s and the buyer were well aware of it. I sold them the house and was happy to do so. It’s now back on the market. The kicker to this story is that the person who bought the house works there as a negotiator. Hence the one star for communication. Difficulty not only hearing what the customer has told you but also not having the ability to understand why they told you. Maybe even worse is understanding and not caring.

I phoned at around 9am to ask about putting our house on the market. By 12 noon, Olly was at our home measuring up, taking photographs and talking us through the process. By 5.10pm that same day, Seth had our property professionally marketed and live online. That level of responsiveness really set the tone for everything that followed.<br><br>Ours wasn't a straightforward sale. What should have been a relatively straightforward sale became a five-month journey, involving multiple specialist inspections, legal complexities, last-minute price negotiations and plenty of challenges along the way<br><br>Throughout it all, Lynne was exceptional. She was honest, approachable and incredibly proactive, constantly keeping everyone updated, chasing solicitors and other parties, offering sound advice and, most importantly, doing everything she could to keep the chain together when it would have been very easy for it to collapse.<br><br>What really stood out was that this wasn't just one great estate agent – it was a genuinely great team. Olly, Lynne and Seth worked seamlessly together, each picking things up at exactly the right time and always making us feel that we were their priority. 5th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)I got a flat with the help of Harrison and Martin from the Bury branch. As soon as we seen the flat and we decided on it they have been the most helpful out there. I would really recommend working with these two as I know they will get things done swiftly and professionally. Couldn’t ask for better agents.
