From the first contact, to handing the keys over, Antony has been helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing has been too much trouble, he’s liased with all parties and been excellent at keeping in contact with updates regularly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hydes and particularly Antony again. I had a drawn out sale due to the purchaser’s circumstances and despite this the level of service never dropped. From the initial consultation to the final closing, every step of the process was handled with care and attention to detail. The team at Farrow & Farrow provided invaluable guidance and support, helping me navigate through the complexities of selling a property with ease. Their marketing strategy was exceptional, utilizing a variety of channels to showcase my property in its best light. Their efforts resulted in a sale. Once the house was sold, Ella Walmsley kept me regularly updated with the sale process and was a great support throughout. I would certainly recommend Keenans and use them again in the future.

They told me untruths , and gave us 15 minutes to vacate our house even though keys hadn’t been handed over and we were still packing.We ended up with belongings on the street in the rain. Absolutely outrageous behaviour from a so called professional agent. Avoid at all costs.
