They've taken over management of my property in a straightforward and stress-free manner. I wish I'd found them sooner!! Communication has been prompt and efficient throughout, and they’ve done a great job liaising with my tenant. It's reassuring to know my property is in safe hands and would highly recommend them to other landlords. Thanks a lot Jo!

We have always been thoroughly delighted with the service that we have received from Libby and Paul. As such, we had no hesitation in asking them to act as Estate Agents for the sale of a flat in Blackburn. Thanks to their efforts and initiative, the flat was sold subject to contract within a couple of days and they handled the subsequent sale procedures superbly. The sale of the property is now complete. They were both very prompt in responding to our queries and were unfailingly helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending Libby and Paul of Eafield and Maple and we will certainly continue to use them in the future as required.
