Their market knowledge is second to none. They recommended a quick cosmetic refurb which totally transformed the house and was then let in a matter of days.

The team there, in particular Shauna, managed the process superbly (and quickly) and dealt with my family and I in the most caring, empathetic and efficient manner. As you can read, we would most highly recommend !

4th Apr 2024 (28 days ago)Just drove 30 miles through traffic to get to meet them as arranged for 5 30 ,my wife drove not quiet as far around 22 miles got there bang on time to meet my wife at the property waited till 5 55 got a text off Lydia to see if I'm still attending the viewing I texted back to say I've been hear since 5 30 as you arranged don't no were to park my wife as had a argument with a resident as we was in her parking space (not a great start ) but there was no one to meet us there to tell us anything anyway it got to just after six and I tried the buzzer on 31 the loom and the guy there was renting and said no one had rang him to arrange a viewing and the place was a bit of a mess so I would have to go back to mai son has

1st Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)If you’re looking to sell or let your property, I would highly recommend Pearson Ferrier estate agents especially the Cheetham Hill branch. They are very friendly individuals who go above and beyond for both tenants and landlords. All the staff and management are extremely helpful, could not recommend them enough.

The purchase was complete in less than 5 weeks. We were kept informed at all stages even during completion and collection of keys.

Living 200 miles away that struck a note with me as in all other regards the agents were saying very much the same things. I was very impressed with the speed at which things were moving and the communication I received.

From my first meeting with Jamie who came to value my home and I decided there and then I would go with them due to his knowledge and professionalism. The photos he took were by far the best I've seen and his advice was invaluable. Everything was online so quickly and my first viewings were within two days. They assisted on the vast majority of the viewings too which was a huge help. I had numerous offers and I sold within no time. A very special thanks to Pauline who held my hand the whole way through to completion as I has not moved house in almost 32 years. She was so responsive and patient. Amazing service. Kate was excellent too who stepped in keeping me updated in Pauline's absence. I can't thank all of them enough.

19th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)I recently had the displeasure of having Phillip Ellis manage my two properties, I'm compelled to share my profoundly unsatisfactory experience. Having initially connected with a staff member at a networking event, the reality of working with this company fell far short of expectations. The litany of unprofessionalism began with the inexcusable allowance of early tenant access to one property, a blatant violation of the contract terms. In the other property, a shocking lack of property inspections persisted for an entire year, leaving my investment at the mercy of neglect. Critical paperwork was not only mishandled but also lost, contributing to a pervasive lack of communication from this company. Despite my persistent efforts to address these issues, there was no acknowledgment of fault or a hint of an apology. To say that Phillip Ellis fell short of their promises would be an understatement. The level of unprofessionalism exhibited throughout my dealings with them has been beyond poor. I cannot emphasise enough the sheer frustration and disappointment this company has caused. In conclusion, my encounter with Phillip Ellis stands out as one of the worst business experiences. Their complete lack of accountability, awful communication, and unfulfilled promises make them a company to avoid at all costs. Spare yourself the headache and explore alternative options for your property management needs

30th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)Initial valuation was good with an expert in local knowledge, however some of the viewing agents were unprofessional and when I complained Normie still sent the same agent for viewings. The first sale fell through and feedback from Normie was that they never had good communication with the buyers who rarely responded and only by email, then after 4 months they pulled out, we were not notified of this issue. I would still recommend them for lesser value properties, they have a big presence in the area and a high turnover of properties some of the employees are very good however we had invested in the person who valued it and they were not present for the viewings.

They told me untruths , and gave us 15 minutes to vacate our house even though keys hadn’t been handed over and we were still packing.We ended up with belongings on the street in the rain. Absolutely outrageous behaviour from a so called professional agent. Avoid at all costs.

Emily, in the office, has been so good at keeping me posted with absolutely everything that they have been doing on my behalf. When I have emailed with questions, she has been so polite and not made me feel like I am bothering her. I look forwards to a quick sale, thanks to Emily and all the staff at Keenans! Thank you guys :-)
