11th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Pocock and Shaw handled the sale of my flat extremely well and at a decent price. They drew up excellent brochure with good photos, regularly made it a featured property on websites, and dealt with all the viewings (there were many) in my absence but kept me fully informed with helpful feedback.
29th May 2020 (5 years ago)I have used the services of Carter Jonas in both Cambridge and Suffolk. They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not. They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating. I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. 5th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)If you're selling a house, I can definitely recommend Cheffins. I was undecided on whether to sell or not. It was no problem for Cheffins and Ryan in Sales arranged a valuation visit and discussed the options. Having decided to sell, Cheffins took care of the rest, including keeping an eye on the vacant property for me. It all went as smoothly as possible. If you need an estate agent, give Cheffins a call. Not just sales, they're great for lettings too.

It was a difficult and emotional experience for us but they were most understanding and guided us to a successful sale We were very thankful for the service we received from both Nicks, Dan and Ollie.

I move from Belgium to UK last summer and I found my current house via Carter Jonas and I could not be more surprised with how supportive the members of this company are especially Anton Frost ,Lauren Howse , Leisa Jacson, Megan Roots and Eleanor Penney who I am extremely grateful for as they have been there for me constantly to answer any questions or queries I have no matter how small or silly. They have given me constant attention ,support ,help and reassurance and I couldn’t be more thankful. We dealt with other estate agents in our buying process who left a lot to be desired to say the least and showed the vast gulf in class between local everyday operators and Eliza. Will be recommending her to anyone that asks!

Communication was excellent: fast responses via WhatsApp, email, and phone kept us fully updated throughout. The listing was superb, with high-quality photography, drone shots, and a beautifully edited video walk-through, plus strong exposure across socials. They really showcased our challenging property, which had previously been difficult to sell. The team was professional, attentive, and genuinely motivated to help, listening to our feedback and keeping everything on track. Huge thanks to Kerry for pushing at the right times, Oliver for creating a superb listing, and Katie for coordinating all parties so the exchange and completion ran smoothly.
