29th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)The company is horrible. They are not interested in anything. They are very unprofessional, not responding to emails or phones. They are not refunding a deposit and finding unrealistic excuses not to refund the deposit. I won't recommend anyone to work for the company. Very very bad experience.
13th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

I met David and Vivek at Savoy Stewart who were straight talking and managed my expectations. It took some time, but they successfully found a tenant, they ran the checks and worked with all parties to complete the transaction smoothly. I recommend them

I move from Belgium to UK last summer and I found my current house via Carter Jonas and I could not be more surprised with how supportive the members of this company are especially Anton Frost ,Lauren Howse , Leisa Jacson, Megan Roots and Eleanor Penney who I am extremely grateful for as they have been there for me constantly to answer any questions or queries I have no matter how small or silly. They have given me constant attention ,support ,help and reassurance and I couldn’t be more thankful. I am absolutely over the moon with the service, support and help I have received from Carter Jonas as a whole.
